This could possibly be my favorite food stop. The Açaí super bowl was outstanding. Peanut butter banana toast the best ever!!

I just LOVE this place. The smaller sized bowls are perfect for a midday snack and the regular sized bowls are a healthy alternative to a fast food meal. The portions are great and the options are full of diversity. The toppings come in great quality and quantity. I absolutely love this place. read more

The workers are so nice! They are good at making the bowls. I ordered a Frutella Bowl and it was the best açaí bowl I ever did see. I recommend that and the chocolate explosion smoothie if you like sweet treats. The atmosphere is nice is inviting and family friendly and tropically pleasing. read more

Staff very rude. The girls working were teens and much more interested in their friends and socializing than the customer - this alone makes me not want to return. The smoothie bowl pb & j was very good, although the toast is on white bread, cold and with pre-made boiled eggs - basically your fast food version of avocado toast. I haven't come here in about a year, but I am about to start a juice cleanse and part of the prep for it is changing your diet for the first few days prior. So today I decided to pop in and get a smoothie from here since I know there were vegan options and I needed something that followed the plan I was given. I wish I could give this place a higher review, but oh my God they were NOT following COVID guidelines. People were PACKED in there. I did a mobile order and if I had not already paid, I would have left. There were people everywhere, some of whom did not have masks on. There had to be at least 30 people in the store and if you have been in there, you know it isn't a particularly large store. They did not set a limit for people in the store, or at least were not enforcing one, and I don't understand why they are even still letting people dine in. Every other "health" restaurant I have been to does not let people dine. Hell, even Starbucks isn't letting people dine in. It made me incredibly anxious and I cannot believe that they did so terribly. Additionally, I am very disappointed at how much plastic they use. From health food places, I at least expect non-plastic straws which they did not have. The smoothie was quite good thus the two stars instead of one, but I don't enjoy dealing with and giving money to businesses who aren't taking the pandemic seriously. I will stick to making my own or going to Rooted in Oakley where they at least follow the guidelines. Do better. read more

Gave this a try this afternoon for lunch. Ordered two hulk smoothie bowls and two toast, one peanut butter banana and one avocado. The toasts were good, but thin amount of spread for $5 a piece. Not the usual avocado toast we're used to with massive chunks of avocado. The smoothie bowls were about 10% smoothie and 90% fruit and granola covered with globs of peanut butter. It was hard to taste the smoothie itself. When you did get smoothie, it was very icy and you can still see the spinach leaves. Felt like it was more a slushee was than smoothie. For $30, we were disappointed. Would maybe give it another try and opt for a smoothie, but won't return for a bowl. You can get better quality bowls for the same price elsewhere in the area. read more

I tried this place for the first time recently and ordered very quickly from the smoothie menu. As I was about to receive my drink, I noticed there was an ingredient near the blender that I am allergic to. I asked quickly "is the one I chose made with that"? The answer I received was, "no". I nursed the drink on my way home, in the car. I checked their full ingredient menu on the internet later that afternoon . Actually, the smoothie was made with that ingredient. read more

I was so hoping to like this place. I was looking forward to it's opening. Unfortunately, it is not family friendly if you have young children. My daughter is almost 2, and LOVES smoothies. I thought I would take her to Frutta Bowls as a treat. No high chairs, mainly high top tables, only one size smoothie, and no forks and knives (I couldn't cut up my daughter's peanut butter toast- I had to rip it with my fingers.). Lastly, no changing tables. If I am going to pay a premium on food, that I could just as easily make at home, I would like my whole family to be welcome. so great!! employees are so kind and the food is yummy. a little pricy but as i've been going over time they have had more to offer.
