Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable to talk with, making the visit even better. The ice cream was delicious, and we all ordered waffle cones, which had great flavor. My only suggestion would be to make the cones just a little thicker for a bit more crunch and durability. If you're in town and looking for a great way to cool off, it's hard to go wrong with this place. We'll definitely be back!

They carry a friendly personality with smiles on their faces. Inside has a swinging bench that is fun to sit on and enjoy your treat. Bathrooms are clean. Tables are clean, no ice cream stuck to the table. I think my only downside is the flies. Both my visits, there has been flies swarming me while I'm trying to eat. I'm constantly swapping them away. It's a bit annoying while trying to eat. Maybe a fan above the entrance to keep them from entering may help? Other than that, that would be my only complaint. I will always stop at House of Random whenever I'm in Turlock and need something to satisfy my sweet tooth. Definitely recommend

(You can observe many staff behind the counter, mixing together ice cream orders ala Cold Stone Creamery fashion) We ordered the Monkey Business which is their Banana split. It was enough to feed us both, and we got to pick each flavor of ice cream for the 3 scoops, and different sauces/ toppings for each scoop. It's an "order at the counter" establishment, but there is ample seating for you to dine-in. Our ice cream order was ready for us pretty quickly, which was impressive given how busy they were that evening. Definitely hits the spot if you're craving yummy ice cream.
