I've had two interactions with him and both left me wishing I hadn't gone into the store. In the first he was reprimanding me about a repeat request I made, informing me that no one (at HOM) should have done that for me. During today's visit he was throwing things out of a drawer, muttering about who had moved an item, and that no one should be doing whatever had upset him.
