She has been vegetarian for almost 13 years now. We call them to try to get it sorted out and politely explain that we received food that we did not order and that we would like a refund for the two entrees that were wrong. The woman who answered the phone told us that they're happy to exchange the meals for the correct ones - and at this point we're disappointed enough to not want to drive back so we again ask for a refund. They tell us they're not sure they can do that so we ask for a manager - the manager proceeds to talk over us and raises his voice and tells us "bring the food back and we'll give you a new meal" and hangs up on us. We will absolutely never be ordering from or eating at this establishment ever again and I suggest if you're vegan or vegetarian - you don't either, because they don't give half a shit about you.
