I was sadly mistaken. I'm not sure what oatmilk they use, but my oatmilk latte tasted like a bad americano with a splash of skim or something. About 3 ice cubes so my coffee was warm on the bottom. What's crazy is it tastes exactly as bad as when I came here in highschool 10 years ago. For a basic latte with honey and cinnamon I paid $9. Actually insane. Then I thought, well I can at least sit and enjoy the vibes while I read. Wrong. The music was blaring, I could hear it through my noise cancelling headphones. And over the music I could hear the employees yelling back and forth as well. I felt like I was at a bar not a coffee shop. Super disappointing experience overall. Again, friendly staff which is always nice. But the environment felt like it was catered to the employees having fun. Not the multiple patrons who were reading and studying having a peaceful atmosphere.

The bartender mentioned that Hunky Platter ($16.99) is a popular choice. It comes with one stuffed cabbage, three pirohy, and a side of halusky. Essentially, I ordered the same thing but in larger quantity. SERVICE: The service was super friendly considering this is a dive. The bartender ensured I was happy, suggested different dishes, and asked personal questions. It was very pleasant interaction. I'm not a dive gal, but I'll absolutely be returning. The wife loved the Medium blend and enjoyed every drop. I got the Ham and Dijon on everything. Great balance between the Meat, Cheese and mustard, which most of the time the Dijon is way to light or too much. I would give it 8 or 10, if the bagel was toasted or grilled, it would been a 10 out of 10. The wife enjoyed the chicken salad. She said it was a little sweet but nothing overbearing. We will definitely stop by when we are in the area again.
