I love the acai bowls here! They're super tasty and come in huge portions, so it's a great choice for breakfast. They also let you substitute ingredients for others with no extra charge, so that's a plus. Their smoothies are also really good and their cup sizes are huuuge. The only con is that the prices here are a bit on the higher side. read more

Came here for the first time after turning in an apartment application. Needed something healthy close by (and I was craving for acai) and to relax a bit. The interiors is open and bright, felt a little bit of Jamba Juice. They serve already made sandwiches and salads if you need some meat and veggies. I think an acai bowl will get you super full! Wish they had two sizes or even three. Somewhere in Irvine, they had 3 sizes. I liked that a lot more. What if you want it as a snack? You can really save it for later unless you're going straight home and that's if it's not far. Anyways, I got the nutty bowl and it was delicious. I love how they use clover honey. You can just taste the difference between quality honey and just honey. I only had bananas, blueberries, and granolas as toppings and that was enough. I just sat in the beautiful OC weather enjoying my bowl of acai along with a nice Dodge viper in front of me. I barely finished the giant bowl, but it was amazing. The place is surround by buildings and a lot of workers around the area comes over for acai, Starbucks, or the other surrounding lunch places. Easy parking. read more

Stopped by for some juice for lunch time and did we find a good spot!! Started with a shit if ginger with lemon which was solid! Little hit of spice but was really good! Then had their pineapple king which was really tasty!! Super refreshing!! Got the nutty Acai bowl which was really tasty!! I messed up a little but was my fault...didn't realize you had to get the add on's which cost more like coconut and seeds and etc. The Acai base itself was really good so I think with the topping it would have been even better than it already is! They also had plant based cookies which was really tasty as well!! Overall solid stuff but have to add toppings that you want on your own, only change I would do different next time!!! read more

Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30AM-6Pm Saturday: 8:30AM - 4:00Pm Sunday: 8:30AM - 2:30 Located in a shopping center close to the Met building. Has other options like starbucks, Togo's, etc. My favorite drink here is the Green Delite (apple juice, yogurt, spinach, kale, pineapple, ice, soy protein) which seems like the opposite of what you would imagine as a green drink. The drink is creamy due to the yogurt N soy protein. It definitely fills you up and great for any time in the day. The Açaí bowls are AMAZING!! they offer several different kinds and I am just hooked on the fresh ingredients they use and the granola that layers the bowl before the agave nectar. Such a perfect meal sitting at the beach or soaking up some sun during a lunch break. They offer postmate deliveries and they also take phone orders. read more

I'm not sure what the allure of this place is. Eleven dollars (including tip) for a bowl of 1/3 pureed "dragonfruit" stuff which we don't know the contents and tastes freezer burnt, 1/3 chia pudding that tastes way over due and less than a 1/3 of toppings? Really? I could only eat a few bites and my stomach started turning on itself. While the service is fine, it's such a bougie place! read more

I love this place so much. As someone who made their own smoothies all the time .. this place is great! I haven't had anything from here I haven't enjoyed. If I get a bowl, I go with Pitaya. (Love the pink!) There's a nice atmosphere in here while you wait. The employees are so friendly and they have a good taste in music so it's always nice to come in on my break :) I work at The Met so this location is incredibly convenient for me. They've remained open during Covid-19 and are good about social distancing/requiring masks, for which I'm SO thankful. I will say that I've been coming to this place for almost 2 years and they always have the same employees, which is a good sign to me. It's always consistently good service. There are days I don't really feel like making myself something nutritious to eat, or I just want something light, and I'm glad Fruitthies is there for those days. They also sell Complete Cookies (new seasonal flavors), Kind bars, and bottled drinks. If you plan on going to the nearby gym this would be a great stop for you. :) read more

Was looking for something healthy for breakfast during a stop in town, and ended up trying out Fruitthies. The staff was so sweet and helpful! I was able to customize a smoothie that I enjoyed. It's a little pricey, but it made sense for the product and the size. It's made to order and I noticed there were only two people working, so it takes a while for your order to come out. Overall don't know if I'd go out of my way to grab a drink (they also have bowls that seem really good too), but I would totally be down to stop by again if I'm nearby. read more

I love this place. They make the best bowls, juices and smoothies hands down. I come here almost every morning. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I love this place! I needed a little pick me up in the morning and came here for their Power smoothies! I ordered the Berry Immune, but I also tried the Orange and Peach. I ended up switching with the person I was with for their Orange and Peach Power Smoothie because it wasn't tarte-y or sour tasting as the Berry Immune. Plus the Orange and Peach one taste similar to Jamba Juice's White Gummy smoothie!!! I'll have to come back here to try their acai bowls since they look good! Don't go through the gates for parking since you have to pay! There's an entrance for "Retail Parking" next to Quizno's for the food and drink stores in that plaza on Anton Blvd! Parking is good for 1 hour according to the signs there. read more

Hold the phone. This smoothie place has STUFFED PRETZELS that are loaded to the max and only $4!! Why isn't everyone talking about this?!? So good. Spinach feta cheese is especially delicious and comes highly recommended. I haven't tried their smoothies, but they seem to be priced on par with Jamba Juice so I assume they're at least that good. read more

Just went to this place, it so so good!!! I got the green delight and let me tell you it is so tasty. I was expecting it to suck because I'm not really a fan of kale but WOW!! I've been coming here, off and on since the place first opened and haven't been to any other smoothie place since then. While I typically only get one thing every time (but I can highly recommend it, as it's Pitaya, Orange Juice, Bananas and Strawberries with no dairy) my review is on the quality of the ingredients and mostly the quality of the people who work there. Everyone there is very friendly and willing to help you with any crazy order (see above) you might have in mind. Tony (who is co-owner with his brother) and Brenda are the "veterans" of the store and not only help the customers but you can tell they are very kind to the rest of their staff, as well. The ingredients are always fresh and I've never had a drink or bowl I didn't enjoy. My best wishes to Tony and his brother that they stay in business for many years to come. read more

I hate icy acai bowls and Fruithies peanut butter acai bowl was SO CREAMY!!! I loved the texture, taste, and portion size. The price was comparable, not expensive but not cheap. The customer service was great and I got my bowl in 5 minutes. I was really surprised at how good the bowls were here. The nutty acai is very peanut butter flavor so if you want something with a light peanut flavor, I would make sure to ask. It was SOOO good! read more

Sooooo good !!! I don't know if it's their granola, peanut butter or how they make their açaí bowls but this place is definitely one of the few Açaí bowl places that I would always finish without leaving anything in the bowl. My girlfriend and I always come here and it's so close from where she lives so it wouldn't take us that long to get here either! Definitely would come here as long as this very location is still around! read more

I was really craving a bowl of oatmeal and this place lets you customize it how you like! Everyone was super nice and gave my sister and I time to decide on what we wanted and answered all of our questions. They even gave me some samples of new things they added to the menu (I tried the matcha green tea base for the bowls). I got the oatmeal topped with chia seed pudding, peanut butter, bananas, strawberries, and coconut shavings! A coworker recommended Fruitthies after I was talking about a different smoothie bowl place so we decided we'd go for lunch today. I was debating canceling our plans because I really didn't have the time to take my full lunch today but decided to pull the menu up and figure out what I wanted just in case. That's when I found they offered delivery via a third party, which sealed the deal. I ordered the Nutty Acai bowl and paid 75 cents to sub the peanut butter out for almond butter. My coworker got the Berry Blast to which I added a note to leave out the almonds due to allergy. We received our bowls quickly and they were made to our specifications. The price to size ratio is on par with most other places of it's type, not necessarily cheap but not necessarily expensive either. The toppings to base ratio was perfect. The Nutty Acai bowl with the almond butter substitution was perfect for me... I find almond butter to taste less sweet than peanut butter and I imagine this is true with this bowl because it wasn't overpoweringly sweet. They have a very limited selection of bowl bases that aren't mixed with juice (or at least say they aren't mixed with juice, definitely something I would've inquired about had we gone in person). They have 2 acai bowls made with almond milk, 1 with soy but all the pitaya bowls are made with juice. They do have a create your own bowl option but I found it to be prohibitively expensive especially when the options for the base were acai, pitaya or matcha green tea but there was no indication what they were mixed with. This is the main reason for 4 stars instead of 5. It's actually more of a 3.5 to me but I rounded up because I understand there's a chance this issue seems bigger than it really is due to online ordering versus ordering in person. I will definitely make a trip to the shop and update my review if warranted. read more

Years later: updated to say they're still the best of the best. Great service, amazing quality ingredients, and spot on with modifications. The store is clean and pretty; parking is easy; the açaí bowls can't be beat. It says something that this family business has kept to their sterling standards, and kept long-term employees, for so many years. This is what small business entrepreneurs aspire to: maintaining top form and steady growth, year in and out. Pro tip: order extra bowls and you can stash treats in your freezer for those times when they're closed or you need a midnight treat. read more

The size of the bowl is a good amount and is sure to make you full. However it is a little pricey. Also, the acai tastes a little artificial. One of the best smoothies I've ever had and their açaí bowls are gigantic and full of fruit. I wish I could have tried one of them but I drive a bus for work and don't believe I could have finished before my layover was done. I'll have to try one after work one day perhaps. If you're ever in the area of South Coast Plaza please drive down the street and try this place. Great customer service and although not as many flavors as Jamba Juice, it is better tasting. read more

Been wanting to try this place for a while since it's right next to the gym! It was pretty good but definitely the least healthy and most sugary açaí bowl I've ever had. They use a lot of pre-made fruit juices instead of natural fresh ingredients for the base. If you're on a hurry this is good because it comes out fast but I prefer healthier options :) The portion size is huge for the price but again it's probably due to quality of ingredients. It was yummy but more of a dessert & candy like so if you like it really sweet then this is could be good? read more
