Its such a blessing to me because now i dont have to drive 15 mins to Whole Foods in Tustin. This place is a hidden gem for juice lovers in Costa Mesa! I usually get the various blends of fruit and veggie juices here. I am a veggie juice lover so I would recommend the spinach storm or the big green. The Super Acai bowl here is also yummy and filling. I love having one of those as either breakfast or lunch substitutes if I'm trying to go for something quick, filling and light. Staff here are also super friendly and fun to talk to! They are really eager to help you craft your drinks to personal taste preference! First time coming to Fruitthies and it was super delicious! It's a little tricky finding the parking lot but be sure to not go into the business gated parking. Frutthies parking is shared with Starbucks and Quiznos. The parking lot is really small but you'll manage to find a spot. When I first walked in the workers were extremely friendly and inviting. They have many options for smoothies, juices, acai bowls and pitaya bowls. Their prices are the same as other smoothie places. And acai bowls start at $5.50. I got the guava pineapple smoothie and it was amazing because it was perfectly thick and not watery at all. Didn't have that powder taste like other smoothie places. You can also add one supplement (boost) into your smoothies for free. My friend got the acai banana smoothie and that was superb as well. Compared to the other juice bars and acai bowl places this place is not up to par. When you walk in it looks like a rip off of Jamba Juice. The man taking my order was rude. And they use frozen fruits for the blend instead of fresh. Pretty disappointing. Especially for the price I paid. They charge for added fruits 50-60 cents each. And he gave me soy milk instead of almond like I asked. Overall it tasted average, doesn't compensate for the size and price I paid. Won't go back. Go to Nekter people. I decided to try this place out because it is very conveniently located from me. My first impression was that it was very clean. The first time I got the Original Acai bowl and I quite enjoyed it. When it comes to comparing Acai bowls though, they honestly all taste the same to me with the only difference being what other places put on top of it. The size was decent and enough to fill me up. The second time I came in the morning hoping to get more of a breakfast-type smoothie but there was a lot of smoothies that had sherbet. I didn't know how I felt having sherbet at 8 in the morning but what the heck. I got the Muscle Me and thought it was delicious and fresh. My only complaint was that the smallest size was 24 oz and I ended up not finishing the whole thing. The service was very friendly and the employees were very accommodating. All in all, I will probably stop by a couple more times as I do enjoy smoothies. I was searching for a place near my apartment to get an acai bowl and turned to yelp (of course). There were a lot to choose from, but I liked that this place was small, not a chain, and from the pictures, looked pretty clean. It's not hard to spot as you're driving, but it does share the same block as some corporate offices so I wasn't sure where to park at first, but look for the sign that says "Retail Parking" and you won't have to go through the weird gate arm things. Super friendly atmosphere (but not too perky, I hate too perky), clean space and really bright and open, just how I likes it! The menu was pretty extensive so it took me a while to decide, but I never felt rushed. I got the original acai bowl, just to get a feel for the place, and I am happy to report that it was delicious. The pricing is pretty average, and I was glad not to have to spend $8.50 or something ridiculous like that, like I've seen at other places. While leaving, I noticed that they also had pitaya bowls so I definitely need to get that next time. I think the pitaya fruit just has much more flavor so I prefer them to acai. I was also eyeing their fresh fruit juices (something they don't have at Jamba "Juice...." dumb.) Gotta add that to the list to try as well! read more

It was just the right sweetness and was loaded with toppings. We were sitting and eating outside with our dog when the employee came out with a bowl of water for our pup. I love this place. It is located a quick walk from my office and has a lot of great smoothie and juice options. I already was obsessed with their 3 acai bowls, but they just added a bunch more, and their three healthy 'froyos' are delicious as well. This is my go-to spot for breakfast before work! I love the Acai bowls which I find so very tasty and keep me full till lunch. The employees are friendly and greet you with a "Hello!" once you walk inside. They sometimes send you coupons via email so I'll have to come by once again if I'm by the area. Was also disappointed that the power smoothie I got only came in 24 oz size not the 16 oz. It was also pretty sweet...not quite what I had in mind. There also was no typical berry smoothie--strawberry, blueberry, banana, which I think would be a great addition to the menu. It also smelled a little odd inside, like some sort of cleaning chemical.
