No more cherry acai for me. I did have granola so that was not what caused the problem I experienced before. I can confidently keep ordering my bowls here now. I'm really glad I don't need to switch shops because the location is convenient and I liked everything about my previous orders except those irritating bits of miniature concrete I kept chewing on when I ordered the bowls with cherry. If you enjoy keeping your teeth whole, you might also want to bypass that particular flavor.

I've been here three times, and each visit has fallen well short of the experience provided by other nearby locations. The staff often seemed disengaged and gave off the impression that they wanted us to hurry up and order. Most recently, I ordered a simple mini Pitaya bowl and a smoothie. After waiting more than 15 minutes and watching several customers who ordered after us receive their food first, I had to ask about the status of my order. We discover our order was just sitting there on a side table. No one had announced our order whatsoever. What made the delay even more frustrating was that we had frozen groceries in the car that needed to be taken home. Despite living less than half a mile away, we'll gladly make the longer drive to another Beach Bowls location in the future for better service and a more enjoyable experience.

Every time I come in, someone speaks, asks if I need help, or just has a good attitude. It honestly makes a difference because you don't get that everywhere anymore. The store is always a good experience, but the staff is what really stands out to me.

I'm giving this Redondo Beach Sprouts 2 stars because I've now had issues with spoiled almond milk…read moreon more than one occasion. The first time, I purchased Sprouts brand unsweetened almond milk and Sprouts vanilla almond milk, and both had gone sour before their expiration dates. On a separate visit, I purchased a chocolate almond milk from a different brand, and it was also sour as soon as I opened it. In all cases, I refrigerated the products immediately after getting home, so improper storage on my end was not the issue. The fact that this happened with multiple brands and on different shopping trips makes me believe there may be a refrigeration or temperature-control issue at this location. It's hard to see another explanation when products from different manufacturers are experiencing the same problem. This has resulted in approximately $15-$20 worth of product being wasted, which is frustrating and disappointing. Customers should be able to trust that refrigerated items are being stored properly before purchase. Another ongoing issue is the lack of baggers available at checkout. Cashiers are often expected to scan and bag groceries at the same time, which slows down the checkout process and creates longer lines. Considering the premium prices Sprouts charges, I would expect better staffing and a more efficient checkout experience. I hope management looks into both the refrigeration of refrigerated products and the checkout staffing at this location. These are recurring issues that have negatively affected my shopping experience and make me hesitant to purchase refrigerated items here in the future.

You go in for what you know, and that already gets you caught up, but then you also want to try something new because there's always something new to try. Sometimes it's a gamble, sometimes it's amazing and you're like "OMG! I need this every time," and sometimes you're like "what was that?" And you really don't know what it was because the descriptions aren't in English. The staff is always super friendly. If you go for hot food during lunchtime, you will get caught up because you'll want to pile your plate high and forget they weigh it & you can easily end up with a $24 plate on top of all your groceries. They have great sweet treats that aren't super high in sugar, which is a plus. Their ramens are my favorite. I've probably tried every one. My favorite is the one with the black pieces in it (I think they're mushrooms). I still haven't tried the mushrooms, but the creamy broth mix is everything. Their sparkling sodas are always delicious. My favorite is the Hello Kitty strawberry one. I told all my friends about it, and me and my sister go regularly. My sister loves the banana milk! Definitely recommend!

Some are decently priced and some are on the pricier side…read more If you go at 7pm or latter they do mark down the sushi and other premade food by 20% off. The thing that's good about going to Tokyo central for premade sushi is that they make all their sushi fresh daily and what's not sold is marked down and got rid of before next day compared to other markets where they sell their sushi that's like 2-4 days old. They went viral for awhile for having a hot food bar, which looked like a buffet but in reality you grab what you want but it's $15.99 a pound. The pound adds up really quick and you end with paying like $30. The food isn't that great in the hot food bar in my option so I'd skip it. The market itself is very pricey it's not a cheap market. So if your planning on buying grocery your gonna pay high prices. I'd go here for a quick sushi roll or some mochi they sell a bag from Japan for $3.99 with red bean that's pretty good. One of my favorite food item is the umami chicken karage with rice that's pre packaged and if you can snag it while it's still hot that great. Its usually on a separate table on in the refrigerated section, It's the one with some teriyaki sauce over it, not the regular one. As you exit you can grab utensils, napkins, wasabi. ginger, soy sauce. Parking is a hit and miss, it's a popular market if you go there at lunch time it's packed or weekends. Personally I drop by to get a quick bite, sushi roll or chicken karage . They do have a food court that has a Japanese bakery, takoyaki , a katsu place. Upstairs they have a sushi bar which is unique I havnt tried it but seems a bit pricey but looks like quality. Looking for something Japanese in food wise, this would be one of the places to go to look for it. I don't know why it seems like every Asian market I've been to is so cramped and hardly any space when trying to get around with a cart. It's the same here.t

Somewhere in between the Korean Friendship Bell and Korea Town in Los Angeles, but not exactly right next to either. My goal was to go check out Erewhon and all the smoothies and artisanal popcorn that celebrities and food influencers rave about online, but the Torrance H-Mart was an interesting destination in itself. I had to really restrain myself from buying everything that I wanted. I ultimately bought: 1. The Hojicha Tea Black Chocolate from Japan (the brand is Meiji) 2. The Green KitKats (Extra Matcha Tea Chocolate from Japan). 3. The Hanyul Hand Cream (I bought three - Chrysanthemum, Artemisia, and Ja Cho). They smell amazing and keep my hands moisturized. Southern California is so dry compared to Northern California. Ja Cho is Lithospermum Erythrorhizon root extract. 4. The Innisfree Green Tea face mask. 5. The Esfolio Volcanic Ash face mask. It's perfect for dry skin, and creates a healty glow. I asked the lady working there if the Volcanic Ash was from Jeju Island. She had no idea. I bought it anyway because it sounded interesting. 6. The Innisfree Volcanic Clay Mask. I know for a fact that this clay is sourced from Jeju Island, and I've been buying this product for years. Cleans up the sporadic acne flare up fast! It's perfect for combination skin without drying skin too much. They have vegan jerky, Sriracha mayo, and Kimchee Ketchup. I can buy that at any H-Mart, I think, so I didn't buy any of that.
