The flavor was good though. The gelato was extremely rich and creamy. The peanut butter flavor was fairly strong, but not too sweet, it tasted more like peanut than sugar. The ambiance felt somewhat as though you were in an intimate Italian café vs. a quick service kiosk. The way they presented their gelato in the display cases made every flavor appealing. The team members were fast and friendly. Overall, I am happy I gave it a try. Quality wise, I have no doubt, however, with the prices, this would be a special visit, rather than something I would purchase on a regular basis. Next, the workers should not lie. My husband has some disabilities from a medical problem and I asked if they had a regular spoon I could get versus the very small gelato utensil. They right out told me "no, they did not have any other type of spoon". So he used what they had, which made the experience difficult. As we were eating, I noticed they had pies and some other desserts in the case (see photos). I then asked if you ordered a slice of pie, what do they give you to eat it with.
