My stylist, Caylin, was incredibly kind and professional. My hair was in rough shape: dry, neglected, and in desperate need of conditioning and layers. Caylin and her instructors took the time to provide excellent feedback and guidance, working together to make sure my hair got the attention it needed. I noticed the same efforts with other students. I also loved that the products used spoke for themselves. Caylin never tried to upsell me; instead, she explained how to use them effectively, which I really appreciated as someone who likes to keep things simple. I was honestly surprised to see negative reviews for this location because my experience was outstanding. There's convenient parking on the street (2 hour limit) and a nearby garage. Since the Rockville location closed, this will definitely be my go-to. Scheduling an appointment online was super easy, too. Highly recommend this salon and especially Caylin (she has two months to go!).
