This office is busy and they seem to know what they're doing. The reason I'm not giving it five stars is because Their cleaning seemed a little lax for my liking. The receptionist asked us to take a seat and not stand as I had requested, I intern asked if I could wash the seat off before I sat in it as someone had just left it. I also think the cleaning of the donation beds should be better in between clients. The one tech asked me why I cared so much and I told him there was a pandemic and I am a nurse and I care. I think they were glad when I left.

I usually participated in drives out in CA since there aren't many freestanding centers such as this one that are open everyday. This place and the staff are amazing and inviting. The center is clean and comfortable, and they go out of their way to make me feel appreciated for giving both my time and blood. I donated platelets for the first time ever at this center and that went very well. Though it is a two arm procedure that takes a few hours, the kind staff covered me in blankets and put on a movie for me with headphones. I also donated double red (power red) blood for the first time at this location and the staff were very attentive and helpful with that donation as well. Keep up the good work!

Get your fingerprints done elsewhere. First off, it's July 2020 and no employees I encountered were…read morewearing masks. Second, I made an appointment online and then waited while walk-ins were taken ahead of me. Last and final straw, when I walked in I was told to complete an application. I asked if this was needed for ink fingerprints because I am not there for a Live Scan. I was told rudely, "everyone needs to complete one." Then when I handed over the application and showed my INK fingerprint cards they said we don't do that here. Complete waste of time and rude and unorganized at that.

One of my favorite things about her, other than she is an enjoyable person to be around, is her ability to problem solve. Because I am always changing patterns last minute or making mistakes or using fabrics not recommended for particular projects and she is just cool, calm and collected and gets my project to where it needs to be. Beth has taught me how to finish my projects like the high fashion and couture designers. I need my fabric patterns to match and she is so patient and meticulous with the details I obsess about. I absolutely love sewing, thanks to Beth. Her studio is my home away from home.
