Get your fingerprints done elsewhere. First off, it's July 2020 and no employees I encountered were…read morewearing masks. Second, I made an appointment online and then waited while walk-ins were taken ahead of me. Last and final straw, when I walked in I was told to complete an application. I asked if this was needed for ink fingerprints because I am not there for a Live Scan. I was told rudely, "everyone needs to complete one." Then when I handed over the application and showed my INK fingerprint cards they said we don't do that here. Complete waste of time and rude and unorganized at that.

The increase had not been posted on their website as of August 10th, 2022. They have lost my business.

He was very good at explaining and demonstrating. He was also understanding and patient too! I asked a lot of good, deep questions to really understand each introspective of CPR, AED, how to help someone who is choking, and how to use an EPI Pen. Very interesting information I am sure will be very helpful in the workforce and anything regarding children. I also got some insight on the difference between volunteer firefighters and career firefighters. Thank you so much again for your help! I highly recommend anyone of any age to get lessons with them. It has tons of critters from land and sea animals to learn about the different types of creatures. Who knew this place existed in Downtown Frederick, but it's a neat place for field trips and the kids have tons of fun exploring the different sections of the facility.
