There was a miscommunication with the previous electrician; he did a great job with the other installations. Ryan said he would replace the entire outlet. The only problem was that the electricity couldn't be turned off because my son just painted the basement floor. Instead of returning at another time, which would have been fine, Ryan went ahead and carefully did the work. He went over and above my expectations, which I really appreciate. The outlet looks great now. Thanks to Sierra for good support. They were very pleasant, friendly, gave great customer service to fix a problem, and showed professionalism in succeeding to install the outlet in unusual circumstances; kudos to Ryan. Since instillation, my son has used this outside outlet and said it was very handy for plugging in the weed trimmer.
