I went over as they opened at 9am. They first said the optician wouldn't be in for 30 minutes, and I said I really couldn't wait. As I had the tiny screw, one of the women at the front desk said to hang on. She went in back and put it back together for me. They could have been strict and I would have had to wait and come back. Instead, when they found out it was a simple fix they did the great customer service thing and helped me. Well done.
