He provided us a soft quote (per my request) based on measurements/photos that I provided which was great considering my lack of availability for in-person meetings, which later came out the same to the final quote. BEWARE! Dont waste your time with Logan Yates…read more I commission Logan to make a simple cart frame for my BBQ equipment. He quoted $400 then $500 to add doors. I paid him 50% deposit and gave him professional drawings with dimensions to work off of. The quality of work was beyond unacceptable. The welds were spotty and not grinded. The cuts were not even remotely straight. The handles were not even. I told Logan this was not acceptable and if he can make just an open frame cart. He responded by requesting ANOTHER $500 plus $250 down and that "This is good quality". Requesting even more for a simplified frame is an absolute joke. We decided to just cut our losses with the deposit and just leave an honest review. Logan never responded.

Once I told them that I was ready to go, I had to wait another month before they finally told me that it would cost me another $100 to get them out there to verify the original bid, and they had no documentation of the bid other than some scribbled notes from the first visit. Go elsewhere. These folks aren't worth your time or money.
