They'll take months to get a portable for you and they are all refurbished or returns you pay price of brand new for.. plus their supplies are twice as bulky and weigh double what innogen g3 and g5 weigh. Plus innogen sends a loaner if the patient one breaks and doesn't leave the patient without until their contract renewal with insurance like procare leaves people without until their insurance renewal for new concentrator.... Procare not only milks their patients for all the money they can get they milk Medicare and Medicaid and other insurances and they don't care one bit about the customer.... Save yourself the hassle and go to innogen they are a lot better and nicer and don't milk their patients and leave them without a working oxygen concentrator.
