This is another place where I wish I could rate this store a zero…read more I went to this store about a year ago and I haven't been back since. After reading the reviews I thought I could mention what happened to me. I went into the Scrub's store looking for a pair of scrubs for a new job I had just gotten. After looking through several items I felt a weird tension beginning to incline in the store. The manager was staring at me from behind her little corner desk. I went up to a rack that was right in front of her desk, and being an oblivious shopper, I placed a pair of clothing on the opposite rack. Immediately after doing this, the manager shoved her way passed her tiny desk to confront me. She felt it was necessary to shout in the store that I had placed these items on the wrong rack, not matching the color coding and that I was basically messing her store up. Everyone around me went completely silent you could hear a pin drop. The manager of this store is very blunt and rude, she does not show good customer service and she fails to help out her customers.
