Their customer service is useless. A car accident damaged a pole in the neighborhood and my service was immediately affected by frequent drop outs. I explained this and requested a service crew investigate. 2 agents disconnected my chat when I said I refused to "upgrade" to have them fix faulty service. Insulting.

Unlocked, obviously, buried fiber optic housing, lid left ajar for someone to trip over

WORST PROVIDER & CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! And I've never used them! Couldn't answer simple question of working in my area. Left me on hold 1 hour when I demanded to speak with someone regarding 1k in materials left for 2 weeks on my lawn. Left unlocked buried cable boxes underground, dangerous for small children and pets. Did not seem at all concerned about these issues. I give them NO STARS ever! Have to earn them Frontier!! Check your foreman! Spent an hour talking to four neighbors and an out of state splicing contractor living in a trailer that was more helpful than Frontier, because onsite workers didn't speak English and no foreman available. I experienced major inconvenience with Frontier when they could've answered a simple question in a timely manor. Thank you Lambert Co. for following up where Frontier wouldn't address a simple customer service question.

This is what they said when I asked why.

Dear T-Mobile Customer Relations,…read more I visited your 4th St. North location in St. Petersburg today to have my screen protector replaced, a simple visit that unfortunately turned into a poor customer experience. When I walked in, the associate, Damien, asked if I needed help. I jokingly responded, "No, I just came to hang out with the people at T-Mobile!" He immediately turned around and said, "I can see where this is going," and told me he didn't have to help me. That level of attitude and unprofessionalism was completely unnecessary. It ultimately took the manager, Spiro, to come over and assist me with something as basic as changing a screen protector on my iPhone. This isn't the first time I've had issues at this store. Last year, the service was so bad I switched to Verizon altogether. The only reason I came back is because Verizon's coverage wasn't strong at my home not because the customer service improved. T-Mobile's network is excellent, but the customer service at this location doesn't reflect the brand. Customers have choices, and interactions like this one make it harder to stay loyal.
