This is out of control how horrible your customer service is and how little you care to take care of your service and customers. Ten weeks later update. It took a week of no service to cancel. It took them over a week after that to actually remove the internet. Then they never refunded the month of February. They charged me for march. And they owed me money for over charging me from months before. They refuse to pay me so now we will be going another route to handle this. I would avoid this company like the plague at all costs!!! Even the supposed owner who replied has no clue what her or the parent company have done or are doing. In today's business climate I can't belive that this kind of customer service is tolerated by anyone. They have to be paying people for reviews or offering deals to get them at signup. .
