Original desired color swatch

I never leave Yelp reviews, but I had such a negative experience I wanted to prevent other brides from shopping here. I came to Frontier multiple times to see fabric and dupatta samples to ensure my two tone dress was the right color. When I was trying styles on, the employees kept making comments about my weight and how this would be flattering to slim me down? The fabric swatches sent to the store from India also showed the hideous bubblegum, so I did my best to course correct with the thread shown (albeit it's a bit darker than the original vision). When my dress finally arrived a mere week before the wedding, the color was all wrong: they gave me bubblegum pink instead of dusty rose/mauve so my dress didn't match my fiancé's shelwar. The owner berated me, yelling "MIA this is dusty rose." GUYS there is nothing dusty about the pink they gave me She gaslit me and told me that it's the exact color I wanted and made me very uncomfortable. When I asked to see the original swatch book, she claimed she had sent it to India and doesn't have it. She never apologized, and tried to convince me that this extremely bright pink is what I ordered. Then, as I waited for my fiancé to come help me carry my heavy outfit to the car, multiple members of the store tried to kick me out because it was 10 minutes past closing, even though there were other customers still wrapping up as well. This was a very degrading experience. I'd like to know not that I was calm and polite throughout all my visits here. This place is an absolute scam. I spent over 5k on my outfit. They charged me 1.4k for a VEIL and tried to charge me $295 for a matching potli. My fiancé had to last minute buy a new sherwani just to match. I recommend going to Loubna's down the street. She has great prices, can do any style you want, can get it shipped quickly, and got the color perfectly right.

After 3 other shops we came to Frontier. The service was great, didn't feel pushy and they were very attentive. I got a custom made lehenga and Neeta, Sunita and Palvi made it such an easy process. Even despite me swapping and changing so many thread colors to get the perfect red I also ordered a custom lehenga for a welcome party where I described what I wanted (simple orange crop ) and they made it happen I looked like a rockstar and I couldn't be happier

Frontier Heritage made my Nikkah dress experience an absolute dream. From the moment I walked in, their team helped me find the perfect gown and worked quickly to tailor it to be beautifully modest. The craftsmanship and quality are unmatched -- truly the best you can find. As a family-owned business, they go above and beyond to make you feel supported, understood, and celebrated every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Bought my wedding lehnga from Frontier Heritage. It was a bit short notice and the staff and owner were so accommodating- I received the lehnga and alterations were done in time just as they said. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Masuma helped me and she was excellent every step of the way. The lehnga selection was beautiful.

I purchased my wedding lehenga from Frontier Heritage. The whole experience was seemless and extremely fun. They have a wide selection and all the staff is extremely helpful. I got so many compliments from everyone for my lehenga! My husband purchased a matching Sherwani from here and my mother in law purchased a necklace set. They are both also very happy with their purchases! 10/10

When I entered I was immediately greeted with tremendous hospitality and was asked whether I needed any help and if I was looking for anything specific. I mentioned the wedding I was going to and the employee asked if I was looking for a cape or bolero and I said I was looking more for a bolero and something more modern. Then he directed me to a few pieces that I was really impressed with their originality. Being Filipino myself I have appreciated the traditional barong and Filipinana attire but have also come to admire how the modern take on the classic has elevated what Filipino fashion means today and Noble Creations really has mastered this. The clothing is really beautiful and several are just works of art. Really stunning! Prices are also quite reasonable for the quality and come in a variety of budgets. The bolero I selected was quite unique, have never seen anything like it, so it was a bit on the pricer side at $125 but I'm really happy with it and also feel like it's something I can definitely wear to many events in the future! Definitely will come back to pick up other unique pieces! As it is located in a mini mall there is plenty of parking outside but make sure you don't park in the allocated spots by the liquor store as marked.

Their attitude also made a big difference, I felt comfortable being open and engaged rather than timidly walking around stressed. Even with a tight budget, I still felt like I had real choices. That's what earned my trust, and it's why I'd trust them to help you find the right outfit too. After a long, overwhelming weekend of online shopping, I booked an 11:15 AM Saturday appointment (first of the day). I was very upfront: $100 per outfit, two outfits needed, one for the Sangeet and one for the wedding ceremony, with specific color requirements from the bride and groom. They appreciated the clarity (You might be thinking, "$100???" I fully expect a few eye rolls when my purse strings are tight, there are reasons for it, so I'm especially grateful when someone can roll with my quirks.) I only tried on five outfits and walked out with two. Seerat was incredibly kind and patient, helping me with buckles and zippers when I started to struggle. Lata has a strong eye for color and was thoughtful and compassionate throughout, especially in helping me stay within my budget while still meeting the dress code. Like most places, all sales are final, so you do need to be sure. That said, it was absolutely worth the 30-minute drive. By noon, my biggest headache was solved. Efficient, professional, and a genuinely good experience.

When we walked into Loveleen Sari Palace, we told them we had no idea what we were doing and had a budget in mind. The two ladies that manage this location (Anjana & Olivia) are amazingly kind, patient, helpful. We walked the entire strip of Indian shops in LA looking for our bridal wear, we even visited KYNAH in Santa Monica. Couldn't find anything! People were unhelpful. Finally we walked into SB, without an appointment- yet Anjana and Olivia welcomed us and answered all our questions. I requested customizations on our outfits, which Anjana and Olivia did their best to fulfill. Unfortunately, the many discrepancies with colors and measurements once the requests were sent back to India caused me great stress and inconveniences. The disappointment brought me to tears. No matter the errors or my complaint(s) Olivia and Anjana's respectful demeanor never wavered. They maintained professionalism and focused on being solution oriented. They went out of their way to make things right. In areas where SB lacked, these two ladies took accountability and helped the brand maintain it's elevated status. Had it not been for them, my wedding would have been ruined. If you're looking for beautiful, traditional Indian attire for a formal event. This store is a great option. I would only advise that you do not make any requests for customizations, give yourself ample time for alterations as the staff in India cannot seem to get it right. I think that SB put these lovely ladies in the line of fire by not having quality and competent tailors in India. They also cannot make creative suggestions or decisions without instruction. Do not request color changes, do not request to add sleeves, and do not expect a more sophisticated team in India simply because the prices are equivalent to Tom Ford. I trust Anjana and Olivia to make things right, I trust to do business with them. Again, they are beyond wonderful. I do not trust SB. I'm sorry. One of the biggest issues I had, was the bust, underarm and shoulder of my saree blouse. I measured myself, I was measured in store, yet the team in India botched my blouse 2x. For a measurement of 13.5"in the shoulder, they created a blouse with 11". They also made the busts (on each side) different. No one's boobs are the same. Doesn't mean you make the blouse lopsided. The cups used are antiquated, uncomfortable, impractical! The blouses are not made or cut / tailored to be flattering! I cannot understand it. SB/Anjana and Olivia helped me get my blouse altered so I would have it on my wedding day. I had to endure the embroidered fabric riding up my underarms, it was uncomfortable. They also use a net material for the sheer designs, not a modern blend of nylon for flexibility. I think it is very important to really pay attention to the inventory in the LA store before ordering anything. Do not dream up ideas and expectations. In conclusion, I looked beautiful on my day. So did my husband. I would even purchase from SB again. I just know not to change anything about the design and to be very clear about my measurements. Thank you Anjana and Olivia - for everything.
