Good doctor but the staff can be astonishingly rude and unprofessional. I called to ask whether my…read moreannual checkup should occur before or after my treatment for prostate cancer and I kept having to repeat myself because the receptionist was having a personal conversation. She did not seem to want to bother with the question and I still do not know whether I got the right answer.

Dr. Robin Moore saved my life many years ago... by diagnosing something that went undetected, and…read moreun-diagnosed by many physicians before her. To summarize, in 1999 I was a 15 year old high school athlete. One day playing soccer, my vision disappeared for 5-10 minutes. This became a routine thing every 2-3 days, without any given trigger or correlation. I went to my family practice doctor, allergist, neurologist, ophthalmologist, and finally a neurosurgeon (too see if it was related to an eye issue I was born with). I was given many answers of what it "could" be.... Over a 2-3 year period, I tried 5-6 different medications, all with limited efficacy, and a plethora of side effects. Eventually I learned to deal with the issue, as the medications weren't worth the high cost, or side effects. Life was rough, but manageable (going blind every 2-3 days without warning). After a single visit with Dr. Robin Moore in 2004, she was able to help identify what was causing my visual issue. And more importantly, what was triggering the issue. I was able to change my habits, change my diet, and the issue has all but dissipated since. I have not seen Dr. Robin Moore since my single 2004 visit (I moved to LA after graduating UW), but I will soon visit her, to thank her. That one visit changed my life. I've told my story many times. I'm still very much in debt to her! And very much appreciate her help!

My son has been a patient of Dr. Song's since the spring of 2020, when his previous allergist…read moreretired. His previous allergist referred most of his clinic specifically to Dr. Song's, which says a lot. We have had nothing but positive experiences here. Dr. Song is extremely personable and spends quite a bit of time with his patients. I appreciate that he is engaging with his pediatric patients and involves them in their care plan, talking directly to them, whenever possible. I have also had good experiences with the office staff and especially their billing department and billing manager. They are a well organized office and treat patients as people and not numbers! I would highly recommend Dr. Song's and his staff!

We love the entire staff at the Gig Harbor location. We began our allergy journey at the end of 2017. After scratch tests were done on my son, we decided the best option was to move forward with my son receiving allergy shots. BEST DECISION OF OUR LIVES!!! Fast forward to Jan 2019, my son has been receiving allergy shots for a year. His symptoms are almost non existent BECAUSE of the shots!! He doesn't take any daily medication anymore! NONE! He went from taking prescribed nasal spray, Zyrtec and Claritin everyday to nothing! He is very active in all sports and now doesn't struggle being outside. His quality of life has improved more than I can even put into words. We are thankful for Dr Song recommending the shots. I not only recommend this amazing doctor, if you or your child are struggling with allergies, consider doing the shots. It was seriously the best decision we could have ever made for our son.

I am deeply disappointed and honestly heartbroken by the care I have received from Northwest Asthma…read more& Allergy Center and Dr. Dr. Nyugen. I have been dealing with worsening allergy and asthma symptoms for almost a year under this office's care, and instead of improving, my health has continued to decline. I am now out of work on unpaid FMLA because my symptoms have become so severe that I do not even know if I will be able to return to work. What is most upsetting is that this is not the first time there have been issues with delays and incomplete paperwork. I was supposed to urgently start Dupixent, yet my insurance denied the authorization because the provider's office submitted the prior authorization incomplete and failed to answer all of the required questions. This was marked urgent. In a situation where a patient is suffering, out of work, and depending on timely treatment, how does an office send incomplete paperwork and leave required questions unanswered? Because of these delays, I have had to continue seeking emergency treatment and cannot keep going to the ER for epinephrine. That is not healthy for anyone's body, and the repeated copays and hospital bills continue to add up on top of already being out of work with no pay. These preventable errors have directly delayed medically necessary treatment, prolonged my suffering, and created additional financial hardship. Patients deserve timely care, complete paperwork, and proper advocacy from their provider's office.

This doesn't make us secure when we travel over two hours for good care. This is at the Renton, WA office. We have always received EXCELLENT service at the North Seattle location for over 20 years. Our doctors there have retired, first dr.Furukawa and now Dr. Tatum.
