Apparently they don't accommodate disabilities and the staff is extremely rude and acts like tyrants.

Booked flight APRIL 2, for a trip JUNE 11. When I looked up baggage info JUNE 4, I saw the flight was canceled, never notified. Purchased ticket was DEN to GRR, 3pm to 7.30pm nonstop., REBOOKED was 8am flight DEN to Orlando. 17 hou layover. Orlando to Grand Rapids MI at 7 am the next effing day. YOU WOULD BE INSANE TO FLY FRONTIER. Vacation canceled, return flight on another airline not refunded. FRONTIER should be banned from flying. read more

Seriously, this airline doesn't deserve ONE star. Frontier nickel and dimed me to death. $78 dollar one way flight to Las Vegas, NV...HOWEVER, they do not state that this price doesn't include a seat, checked bag and if you have a carryon you must pay online. I had a question re: size of bag allowed and was told I'd have to pay $10 to speak to someone. By the time all was said and done for an additional $50 I should have gotten the round trip on Southwest with two checked bags for free. Unfortunately, they didn't have a flight on the day I had to travel. Do what you can to avoid flying this airline at all cost. The company is nefarious AF! read more

This airline needs to be investigated for their continued practices to deceive and we'll rip off customers. Try reaching them on an issue. The address on their web site for disputes is inaccurate. Your mail will be returned. Try calling if you have Four hours to kill then good luck. Refunds will not happen. I can t see them being in business much longer. Very poor company. read more

2/2018 Haven't even take our trip yet and already a nightmare. Let's hope the flight is better than sales. They really aren't the cheapest flight with ALL that fees and extra stuff you have to pay for that you Updat2/2019 I had decided to give Frontier one last chance and do a 1 way shot from Orlando to Albuquerque. I found the Perfect flight. Well today I just got a message that they change our flight! Now, I am grateful they did it BEFORE we were at the airport like last time however it changed dramatically and interferes with my work schedule! I am so beyond not pleased with them and I added some picture to see the difference for the flight changes this time! read more

Worst Experience w Frontier Airlines Took Milwaukee flight to Austin (pit stop) for Albuquerque checked in bag $45 Upon arrival no bag even though I have claim ticket Still no idea where it might be bc they manually enter bags in (no scan) so likelihood human error occurs increased No apologies all my things gone laptop iPad iwatch car keys and meds No reimbursement other then shoes and clothes Poor customer service assured me it would be found in 24 hours never happened Do not fly this airline mediocre at best Nickle and dimed for every fee including soda Water all that's offered on flight Pathetic read more

Refusing to refund $35 for carry-on-back I don't have. It took forever to reach a real person. Their telephone system is designed so that the customer just gives up and don't bother. This is THE customer-unfriendly business I have ever dealt with. NEVER AGAIN! FRONTIER RECEIVES GRADES: F - for their service F - for customer service and A - on MILKING their customers out of every penny they can get. read more

Horrible, outsourced customer service! Outrageous fees for carry-on luggage. I paid $266 for 2 small carry-on suitcases. Almost double the price of the airline tickets. Do not book through Priceline, very misleading. I will never use Frontier airlines again! read more

The worst experience imaginable. I have a severe knee injury and an appointment with a surgeon I was trying to get to. I tried to book a ticket online three times. Each time the reservation did not go through so I called the airline. I was told that it would be best if I purchased the ticket at the airport. I arrived to the airport one hour and a fifteen minutes ahead of the flight departure and waited in line for twenty minutes. By the time I made it up to the main counter Courtney informed me she was not able to sell me a ticket but that I could call the airline or make a booking online. I then go sit down and call the airline again. The agent on the phone sold me a ticket and gave me a confirmation number. Again I head up to the counter and Courtney and another young woman see me walking up and quickly start to walk away. I call to them to say I was able to purchase a ticket and Courtney tells me she is unable to give me a boarding pass- now it is "too late." I explain I just purchased the ticket, do not need to check baggage, and have a serious injury and really need to get on the flight. Courtney shakes her head angrily and tells me she can't help me and if I want to fly I should "buy my ticket ahead of time." Repeatedly I try to tell her I have a ticket, will she just give me my boarding pass (since the emailed one is not showing up yet). She refuses and I ask her name and to see her badge. She refuses to show me and angrily closes the door and disappears. There is no one else at the Frontier counter. I then go sit down and look at my bank account and see that I have been charged for not one but THREE TICKETS!!! So I have three tickets to flight that I am not able to board and a very bad injury that makes it difficult to walk. Definitely consider all this before you fly with Frontier. read more

Frontier - Courtney ignoring my requests to speak to a manager. - Airlines Near Me - Albuquerque, New Mexico

DO NOT FLY ON FRONTIER!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT! my family recently flew to Las Vegas from Indianapolis for vacation. We were so happy we found a good price with Frontier. First mistake!! The first flight to Vegas was delayed several hours. The flight home....oh wait, there was no flight home because it was cancelled...completely! And do you know what their suggestion to us was? "we can fly you home on Monday or Wednesday" (this was on Saturday). WTH????? REALLY?? In what world is that acceptable?? Of course we were scrambling to find another airline (and so were 180 other passengers). Finally $2500 later, for 4 people, and 18 hours later we got home. they will reimburse us up to $1600 and each will receive up to $200 in vouchers. WELL keep your voucher Frontier because I will never fly with you again. read more

I made a mistake in my reservation and Frontier corrected it at no cost. They were awesome to deal with.

Frontier lost my baggage-which happens- but the reason I'm giving it only one star is because they had a terrible response to how they were going to remedy the situation. They did not seem concerned about the bag location or do anything to attempt to locate it. The representative also did not give a timeline or estimate of when they would return my item; and instead sounded more like " if" they return my item. I won't be using this airline further. read more

So flight from Albuquerque to Denver is pretty light with passengers. Instead of letting people spread out they had everyone pack at the rear of the plane while hardly anyone is sitting in the first 13th rows. Then the excuse is weigh and balance of the aircraft. I don't understand how the aircraft is balance when most of the people are sitting in the rear half of the aircraft. When I tried to move they wanted to charge me $50. So sad read more

I was returning from California fighting wildfires (Carr, Stone, and Hirz) was out there for a full month. Was taking a flight out of Denver with this worthless flight! At first it was delayed then they put on some guy that doesn't know nothing on comms, he announced to us all the wrong info about the delayed from 6pm-9pm we received wrong information. Then they give us 15 dollar food vouchers which in reality at the airport you can purchase a pack of gum and a drink with that. Butter us up and then 15 mins after that tell us our flight is cancelled! By far the worth flight I have ever experienced! I will never ever refer this airline to nobody! If you have booked it please refund your money. Luck a lady walked to me and offered me a ride back to Albuquerque. read more

You get what you pay for ‍. Easily the worst airline in the country. Don't bother. I'd rather drive

Frontier Airlines I was moving out to another state because I broke up with my S/O. thought this would be quick, cheap and painless and I would just cry alone looking out at the window and just have my moment. Guess what? my flight was delayed 3 hours. it was supposed to last 3hours. So I ask the lady upfront "hey I have a connecting flight will that one be delayed too because I'm supposed to be there at 10.00pm and ok there's an hour difference but it's been 3 hours I'm pretty sure that the plane will leave without me" and she told me "don't worry all flights have been delayed" LIES LIES LIES. Arrived at Denver and guess what? I missed my flight. I go to the customer service lady and she says, "yeah you missed your flight" I immediately wanted to grab her and whisper very intensely in her ear "yeah no fuck". but you cant do things like that. Apparently, the next flight was at 2pm the next day. Its 1139pm I'm tired, pissed off and frankly I wanted to tell em' to go fuck themselves but I can't just be stuck in Denver. I ask her "what am I supposed to do until then, roam around the airport?" she says, "right now were not offering anything" and proceeds to give me a coupon with some number I could call and get a room and they would pick me up at the airport. "great now I'll be spending whatever I thought I was saving" to put a cherry on top this girl didn't have the authorization to put me in another flight so I had to make the line again waiting for this other lady that's trying to explain something to this girl whose first language aint English and it wasn't Spanish so I didn't help. "we are all tired tonight" yeah no fuck 'karen' you about to clock out your 8 maybe 10-hour shift, go home take a shower and eat your sad microwave dinner and probably watch reruns until 3 am because YOU WANT TO. I'm about to spend money I don't have on a stupid hotel because your delays made me miss my flight. I hope that your microwave heats only the corners of your meal leaving the center frozen. Called the damn number on the coupon and guess what?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? Lady tells me they're all sold out SHE CANT DO ANYTHING FOR ME. Take a lyft and go to the nearest hotel and yeah, they're booked but that airport was just pissing me off. Its 1.00am and I'm in the lobby of a comfort inn just trying to not break down as I call every hotel and ask if they have any rooms because I'm dirty and sleepy and I just want to be in bed. Finally, there's one room available in la quinta that's 30 min away from the airport. Another lyft and I get to la quinta and I finally find some damn compassion while this 20 something girl makes me hot chocolate and hears me out. Like I was the most eventful thing in her night. Next day I have to go through TSA again, but whatever they're just doing their job I don't mind. I'm in the gate they call to board and guess what, my ticket don't scan!!!!!!!! AHAHAHAHAAHA by now I'm just above it like I just knew something was going to go wrong. This girl tells me to wait for someone to come and reprint my ticket. Like whatever I didn't mind I was in the front anyways. 10 min pass by and this boy comes in and he's confused like "hey fill me in girl I have no idea what's happening". Whatever I get my damn ticket and I get to my seat, this lady on the window reading "how to eat healthy for dummys" I cannot make this shit up. This other lady was mad because she had to put her carry on behind her. Like its still 5 ft away from you Karen calm your titties. I ignore the flight attendant because imma put my carry on wherever I want I've been through enough you ain't taking this way from me karen. As you can see karen is my go-to name for ladies I dislike. Sorry karens that don't piss me off. MADE IT to Albuquerque, finally. No karens in sight to ruin my day thankfully. I HATE FRONTIER, NEVER FLY FRONTIER, YOU WILL REGRET IT. They have too many karens that don't care about the customer. Like I work at customer service, I get it. It's basically 8 straight hours of people complaining but my job is to listen and try to make it better. Not piss them off and make em' spend money they don't have on shit they don't need or want. All I wanted was to look out the window and cry uncontrollably as my love life falls apart. Everyone on that flight was pissed because we all got the same shitty treatment. To really top it off, some of them were missing their baggage. You guys really suck. read more

Frontier is the second-worst airline I have ever flown (after Spirit, of course). They nickel-and-dime you for everything, including carry-on bags, seat selection, and talking to a customer service representative on the phone. On board, the seats are small, hard, and uncomfortable, particularly bad for flights more than an hour. Carry-on bags are more expensive than checked bags. Good seats are more expensive to reserve than bad seats. Meals, snacks, drinks on board are charged for. The biggest problem seems to be that corporate has decided that customer service is a cost that they cannot afford, and so will not spend money on. This includes that their phone customer service (which you have to pay for!) mostly has people you cannot understand because their accents are so thick. (Obviously corporate was not willing to pay the higher wages required by foreign call center workers whose English is easily understandable. But please be nice to these poor overseas workers, because they probably get terrible pay for what they do, and should probably unionize - I can't imagine Frontier treats them very well.) They have an inflexible cancellation policy - this includes only being able to get a partial credit on Frontier flights only even if you cancel within 24 hours of booking. If you lose your boarding pass, and can't get one through your phone, they will charge you for a full fare on your return flight even though they can verify through their computer system that you checked in. With their 24 hour cancellation policy, you cannot cancel online and have to call, for which you have to agree to pay their fees for phone customer support. If you try to call 23 hours and 15 minutes after your initial booking, they will put you through a series of holds and transfers until 24 hours has passed and then say there is nothing they can do for you. Unless, of course, you do the ugly American thing and ask to speak to a supervisor. (Like most things in this country, you cannot get decent customer service without being assertive and saying that what they are offering you is unacceptable.) A supervisor might be merciful and give you the partial credit to be used on Frontier only - which of course, by this time, is the LAST airline you want to fly. If a disaster occurs that means that you can't get your return flight, you are SOL unless you've purchased their expensive "flexiblity" option that nearly doubles the cost of your flight. If you were unwise enough to select the cheaper checked bag option, you might or might not get your bag at the other end. If you don't get your bag, do not expect them to do anything for you - they apparently are not willing to spend the money for staff time to investigate your lost bag. If you think you're saving money by flying Frontier, you are not. I will never fly them again. read more

Had a flight from SLC to DEN 12-2-18 and it was literally the worst fight i've ever been on. We didn't leave until 145 minutes after boarding the plane because they said a light went out. Took them 45 minutes to change it and 30 minutes to fill out the paperwork for it. We were sitting so long they had to de ice the plane and while that was happening the oxygen masks on our row opened. I had a toddler with me and waiting that long was extremely difficult. When i reached out to them they sent a $30 voucher! That was insulting. We were delayed supposed to touch down in Denver at 653 am and didn't deplane until almost 9 am in Denver. That was the last time i'll fly Frontier. read more

I fly pretty often and usually use Southwest Airlines. I'm not a picky person but the policies and customer service at Frontier are despicable. They refused to take my bags half an hour before the flight even though I already had my boarding pass and had been checked in for 24 hours. They refused to refund my tickets because I booked my flight online (total bullshit). Then they said I could have a next day flight if I paid $90 extra per ticket. $90 is more than I paid for the ticket to begin with. They were rude and horrible and really did not care that I missed my flight because they refused to take my bag. Then there's the fact that when I arrived at the airport, their ticket booth was completely closed down. If I had been a first time flyer, I would have been lost. There should be at least one person to talk to at the counter. I will never fly Frontier again. I hope they go out of business. read more

Horrible I have been flying about 3 times a year for about 12 years and have always used southwest. This one time I decided to use frontier and it was a big mistake. Maybe it's just the cost cutting efforts of the airlines Now but this has been ridiculous.... The entire flight is just one commercial to make you buy something TV, Snacks, whatever. Next my connecting flight was canceled with NO warning it just disappeared off the board and I had to ask around to find out it was no longer flying. Poor accommodations and no customer service. Very poor read more
