Though we had given a tentative schedule and pick up times upon arrival, when our schedule changed they accommodated our needs with minimal to no delay. I highly recommend Bernard's Transportation. Adrian and our driver, Brad, stayed in constant communication with us and our daughter throughout the entire process. When her flight was delayed even further, Brad remained in touch, adjusted the pickup accordingly, and made sure she arrived safely in Santa Fe. Going from $4 a few months back to $16 STINKING DOLLARS. Never again Uber - you suck. You're part of the problem with America, and you blame it on inflation, shame on you. They do not have customer service for complaints. So, I turned to my credit card company and put in a dispute. Uber tried to charge me a cancelation fee when they canceled, not me! Always use a credit card instead of a debit card so you can dispute whatever happened. That's the only way for me to communicate with them is to hit them in their wallet!!!!!!!!

I also love the fact you can call them on the phone and speak to them that way, if you want to, because that's the way I, personally, want to communicate...by talking into the phone, voice-to-voice. I prefer communicating that way, and they welcome it!! I'm so grateful for that! Whatever the customer wants. I'm so glad they offer all forms of communication. They are always accommodating and sensitive to whatever the customer's needs are. This includes if you need extra time getting in and out of the vehicle and getting settled...they are SO nice about that and never rush you and they do help you in any way they can. They are very patient. I love doing business with this company and they are consistently great.

It gave me the option to provide a tip prior to the ride. I'm 78 years young I do not tip until provided great service. Not surprisingly, two hours before my ride, Lyft cancelled my ride. I am usually fairly savvy and am rather embarrassed that I fell prey to this greedy company. Save your money and please do not give Green Cab any of it. Go with a company that has transparent rates that don't change when the driver feels that they can get away with wringing more from you in moments of need. If you are using cash make sure they are using some sort of meter that you can see and that they operate while you are getting a ride. Insist on a receipt so that you have documentation of what you paid. I am assuming that my money went directly into that drivers pocket, tax free. I'd give Green Cab negative stars if I could, but this will have to suffice.
