I am writing this what I experienced on Frontier Flight. Despite booking my seat well in advance, I was assigned a completely different seat upon boarding, which was not only far from my travel companion but also in a less desirable section of the plane. This caused significant inconvenience and frustration. I expected better coordination and communication from the airline, especially considering the importance of seating arrangements for comfort and travel plans. For this I have talked to the flight support on +1-805-881-6030 to give my experience and I request an explanation for this issue and a suitable resolution, including potential compensation for the inconvenience caused.

The cancelation text I got in combination with the cancelation email. When I called they said the flight "actually did happen".

She handled it all with compassion and grace (even when others were not so nice) I didn't catch her name, but she was there Monday June 15th in terminal 4 helping everyone who was on the 9am flight to Indianapolis. If it was not for her professionalism and overall helpfulness I would never fly delta again, but she saved the day, and saved this review! All 5 stars goto her!

Delta is my top airline and has been for well over 10 years…read more Over the years, I quickly became loyal to Delta for their superior service and app. Their app has been head and shoulders above the others for a long time. Some others are finally catching on, but Delta's app remains the easiest if you have a cancellation or issue and need to re-book as well as for bag tracking and gate updates. I have the Delta-branded credit card and get additional rewards and points through that. Priority boarding, free bags, and miles make me a Delta fan and I have brought my husband on board. Delta isn't perfect, sometimes there are issues, but they have less than most and I tend to feel I get my money's worth. I have less bag issues, seating issues, flight issues and arrival issues with Delta. They're one of the top domestic airlines for a reason. I'm very pleased with them and will continue to use them as my primary unless I have some reason I can't use them first. Delta has spent some serious money at LGA to update their terminal and Terminal C here is probably the nicest I've seen at any airport recently. Beautiful updated gates with comfy areas with plenty of seating and work spaces and charging options. Loads of great dining and shopping. A very nice Sky Club Lounge. Lastly, it's open and airy with windows and views of the water. White with warm wood pillars along the ceiling. I love everything about this Delta Terminal. If I'm going anywhere and I have a choice to connect here, it's my top choice.

No one was announcing the changes. We got notifications after the flight times. An 11:59am flight kept getting pushed back and no one was saying anything. Upon getting into the aircraft, the flight attendants had smug looks on their faces. Could not even greet passengers. The landing was very rough. No apologies. I'm not sure if we will travel with this airline again. The only reason we did was because all the other airlines had connecting flights to where we were going. We just wanted to get there.

I will never fly with American Airlines again…read more What should have been a simple trip turned into one of the most stressful travel experiences I've ever had. After our flight was canceled, there was little to no communication, employees gave conflicting information, and we were left to figure everything out on our own. Customer service was extremely disappointing. Instead of receiving guidance, we were sent from one place to another with no clear answers about rebooking, our checked baggage, or what to do next. The baggage situation only made things worse, and the uncertainty over our suitcase added even more stress. We ended up spending our own money on alternate travel just to get home. While weather can't be controlled, communication, organization, and customer service absolutely can--and American Airlines failed in all three. This experience was frustrating from start to finish, and because of it, we will never fly with American Airlines again.

Also, when I checked in, I found out there allowance for cabin luggage was very limited. I had a backpack and it did not fit their requirements. Another $85 fee. Fees , fees, fees should be the nickname. No complimentary items on board. To be fair, I should have read all the fine print which is why I am posting this review to alert others. Otherwise, if you travel super light and can pack all your meals (if it fits your baggage limits) it might be for you. The plane and staff were fine but FEES.

Formal Complaint Regarding Our Experience with Norse Atlantic Airways…read more I want to share the horrific experience my wife and I had while flying with Norse Atlantic Airways from Rome to New York, a flight of approximately nine hours. My wife is six months pregnant, and as you can imagine, sitting for an extended period of time has become increasingly uncomfortable for her. I had originally purchased a Premium ticket because I was extending a business trip, and my wife decided to join me. As a result, she was traveling on a regular ticket and was seated toward the back of the aircraft. Before boarding, we spoke with the staff at the gate and were given the option to upgrade to Premium, which made us aware that there were Premium seats available. Once I boarded the aircraft, I explained our situation to the flight attendants. I specifically explained that my wife was six months pregnant and would likely become increasingly uncomfortable during the nine hour flight. I asked whether, if there were unoccupied Premium seats after takeoff, she might be permitted to move up so that she could be more comfortable. Instead of showing any understanding or compassion for the situation, the flight attendants immediately focused on charging an additional $350 for her to move to Premium. At the time, there appeared to be approximately 6-8 unoccupied Premium seats. I understand that airlines have policies regarding seating and upgrades, but the complete lack of flexibility or consideration for a six month pregnant passenger was extremely disappointing. The flight attendants also pointed out that I had a Premium seat while my wife was seated toward the back. I explained that this was originally a business trip and that my wife had decided to accompany me. They then suggested that I simply switch seats with her which, ironically, was exactly what I had intended to do all along. I had simply hoped that the crew might show some compassion and allow my pregnant wife to sit in one of the clearly available Premium seats if the seats remained empty after takeoff. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Immediately after takeoff, I switched seats with my wife. A short time later, I wanted to check on her because I knew she was becoming increasingly uncomfortable from the swelling and pressure associated with sitting for such a long period of time while pregnant. As I attempted to walk toward the front of the aircraft to check on her, I was stopped by the flight attendants and told that I was not permitted to go to the front. I simply wanted to check on my pregnant wife and make sure she was okay. Rather than showing any understanding, the flight attendants became increasingly stern and unprofessional. I was ultimately given three options: 1. Return to my original seat in the back. 2. Pay an additional $350 to upgrade. 3. If I did not accept either option, they threatened to involve the authorities. I found this response completely disproportionate to the situation. I was simply trying to check on my six month pregnant wife during a nine hour international flight. The situation became even more disturbing a couple of hours later. Because we had left our respective bags at our original seats so that we would not have to repeatedly disturb other passengers, my wife came to the back of the aircraft to check on me and retrieve something from her bag. As soon as she did, a flight attendant yelled at her and ordered her to return to her seat. Shortly afterward, the same flight attendant followed her to her seat and told her that she had better have gotten everything she needed from her bag because she would not be permitted to leave that section of the aircraft for the next eight hours. The flight attendant spoke to my wife in an extremely rude and aggressive manner and threatened that if she got up again, the authorities would meet us at the gate. My wife was so upset by the way she was spoken to and threatened that she began to cry. This was particularly disturbing given that she was six months pregnant and was simply attempting to retrieve an item from her own bag and check on her husband. Her food was also with me in the back, and she was unable to access it even though she was pregnant and hungry. In addition, we couldn't eat the plane food because we keep kosher, so the food was a necessity for her. We were essentially prevented from even checking on or assisting one another because we were seated in different cabin classes. The entire flight crew was made aware of the situation, and I was treated as though I had done something seriously wrong simply for trying to make sure my pregnant wife was okay. I was effectively singled out by the crew for the remainder of the flight. There was also no Wi-Fi available, meaning I could not even message my wife to check on her. This experience was deeply upsetting and completely unacceptable. What should have been a straightforward situation involving a pregnant passenger who was becoming

Royal Air Maroc - CMN Airport add-on: this thing looks ancient, as if going to Hooterville, but it will chug along to get you to Casablanca for your layover!

This review is about one of those experiences you can't believe you had, although I'm not surprised…read moreit came to fruition. I needed to travel between Portugal's OPO airport and more populous Europe. I wanted to use miles from my American Airlines account to do it, thinking their partner Iberia (of Spain) would offer up a linear enough route for a low number of miles. That wasn't the case. Coming in at a mere 12,500 miles and about $50, another AA partner - Royal Air Maroc (RAM) - offered this trek. This wasn't an everyday trek, with an early afternoon arrival to their hub in Casablanca, having to overnight, and then continuing the following morning. There were several incentives to do it: one can check off setting foot on the African continent, albeit Mediterranean in affect and not at all sub-Saharan, one could spend part of a day in Casablanca, the lodging cost was about a "wash," and the final leg was operated with a Boeing 787, of which RAM is justifiably proud. Also, had French not been the official second language, I would have never considered this! Are you seeing the payoff of taking French instead of Latin with insufferable debate club types while in Catholic high school? The trip began at Porto's likeable OPO airport. RAM had a few counters open and I was able to check in 2 pieces of luggage. Out on the field was an ATR 72-600 prop instead of the expected Boeing 737! Truth be told, this strange looking prop did its job, taking off effortlessly and navigated the skies just outside the Strait of Gibraltar to this not that far away yet "exotic" place to change planes. Everything on board was perfunctory, including the service. They did feed you, which was much appreciated at about lunch time. The next day's continuing journey would be much more involved. One had to return to Casablanca Airport (CMN) on the ONCF commuter train, which was reasonably priced and travels to and from the Casa-Port station in the center. This time, things weren't as pleasant. The counter wanted to charge me for that second bag when my confirmation said 2 pieces. I didn't argue with them because I quickly shuffled things and carried on 2 small bags. Once aboard the aircraft, one asks themselves what's there not to like about the Boeing 787 Dreamliner! I very much like the 787 and had a good window seat close to the front. The ambient conditions were good, the seats were comfortable, and they served lunch. The cabin staff was a little curt and, as I walked around the cabin and took a few photos of it with the cabin dimmed, one of the flight attendants got unhinged. People might just do that to commemorate something as unique and atypical as flying on a RAM 787. On the other hand, the fact that it is Royal Air Maroc could bring about these stricter protocols. Since there is no provision to review CMN, I'll include some observations about this airport - the airline's home. Passport control was slow and it was even slower in the security queue the following day. Both check-in and security were very bureaucratic and sort of sullen. However, once into the gate area for their larger planes for international trips, that concourse is nice enough. Note that, as you wheel your luggage from baggage claim to the ONCF train to the city, there might be overly friendly cats who might greet you and have no qualms about climbing on top of your luggage. This could have been one of the better things about deplaning in Casablanca. Coincidentally, a friend was flying on RAM from Montreal to Northern Italy a few days before. Without having to leave the airport at Casablanca, he reported that everything was satisfactory: the food on board was decent, the service was attentive, and they used "a real big plane" from Montreal to Casablanca. The 787 is commodious, but not exactly huge. Royal Air Maroc does not go too far west into the U.S. - it's New York-JFK, Washington DC, Boston, and Miami. In Canada, they go to Montreal year round. This makes sense since a fair number of places in the Arab speaking world overlap with the French speaking world. An afternoon in Casablanca is a rushed experience. I walked by Rick's Café en route to their landmark oceanside mosque. I had wanted to eat at Rick's, but, by dinnertime, I was exhausted by the sensory overload of all that had taken place earlier and would likely take place continuing the trek the following morning. In short, Royal Air Maroc was squarely a 3-star experience. The price was right in terms of American Airlines points and they often price competitively to cart people between Europe and North America through their Casablanca hub. Their planes are pleasant, the food was fine, the baggage allowance is respectable (if they adhere to it), and the flights were fairly punctual. The on-board service is sort of staid and not engaged, and using Casablanca airport is not my idea of a picnic. I'm glad I got to tick off this box and I'll leave it at that.

Extremely disappointing experience with Royal Air Maroc…read more My baggage was lost during my flight, and despite contacting Royal Air Maroc several times by email, I have received no proper response, explanation, or meaningful update. I understand that baggage can sometimes be delayed or lost, but what is unacceptable is the complete lack of communication and customer support. I have been left without clear information about the status of my baggage and have had to repeatedly contact the airline without receiving an answer. This experience has caused me a great deal of stress and inconvenience. I expected Royal Air Maroc to take responsibility and communicate with me professionally. I strongly urge Royal Air Maroc to respond to my complaint and provide a clear solution regarding my missing baggage.
