Very disappointed in the service. Was there on Tuesday, found cushions 90% off! Went home and measured (non-returnable), came back (2 hour drive) on Thursday and they were only 80% off. Said they always change on Wednesday. No one told me. Difference between $300.00 and $600.00. Was to be birthday present from daughter! Didn't purchase. read more

Woowee! My strategy worked. By stopping by every few weeks I found just what I was looking for .... three comfortable counter-height stools that swivel, for 60% off. For the last couple of months I'd been looking elsewhere, astonished at how little I could get for my money. It made me feel better to spend what I did today on chairs that checked all (well almost all) of my boxes. In addition, I saw some women marveling over a rug -- 80% off! -- that they left behind. Perfect for my husband's new office .... so we bought it! For what it's worth, the sales team said they're getting in multiple truckloads of merchandise every week. There were indeed a lot of items on the floor today and people were buying up a storm. If you're in the market for outdoor furniture, check 'em out. A lot of unique and beautiful options, discounted 50% -- but even at that, know this outlet is in no way cheap. read more

We had a couple hours to spare and needed some replacement cushions for our Frontgate patio furniture, so naturally mapped the route to this store. Having lived in Cincinnati several years ago, where one of the other Frontgate Outlets is located, we're familiar with the concept. The selection is hit & miss. Hundreds of some oddball items and potentially none of what you're looking for, but if you're willing to invest some time... and a sizable sum of money, you may very well find something of quality to improve your home and/or garden. I understand that everyone is working differently during covid and I respect and admire it, but today my husband waited in line to get into front gate and when he was close he called me to come meet him. We have a newborn so I sat in the car and waited because it was 30 degrees outside. The woman manager would not let us both in. She was so rude and condescending-I cannot imagine ever treating someone this way. They need to have their employees go through customer service training. We are all trying to do our best but not letting a mom and dad with a newborn in after we waited in line was not acceptable. read more

Oh my. This review is totally aspirational, because even with outlet markdowns, the furniture here was way out of my price range. I couldn't find a coffee table or accent chair for less than $1,000. So why the four stars at those prices? Because those coffee tables and chairs were totally stunning. I love the look of all the furniture here. And, if you check online, the original prices are almost double that, so you are still saving a good bit. All of the furniture I saw was also in perfect condition, even though they are all returns, floor samples, or overstock. The store front is huge and the space is cavernous, but everything is very spread out and spacious, partially because there isn't a huge selection. The inventory also seems very lopsided depending on what they've gotten deliveries of. For example, today, one quarter of the huge space was filled with barstools of every color and shape you could imagine. A worthy addition to the Roswell furniture outlet roundup. read more

This is my splurge shopping. I love Frontgate and dream of beautiful rooms featured in the catalog. The outlet store offers great discounts and you never know what you'll find. Yes the prices are still higher than what you find at Target, Lowes, etc but the quality is so much better! I've been thrilled with patio cushions, huge patio umbrella, iPad keyboard case, towels, blow up guest bed, pet beds... just to name a few great deals. Staff is super helpful holding/loading things, answering questions or checking stock for an item you're looking for if you call in. It is worth the trip to Roswell if you are a Frontgate fan! read more

This place is a complete joke-overpriced, damaged merchandise that one could most likely find at any Marshall's/home goods - T.J. Maxx, or any good estate sale or yard sale at a fraction of the price. When we inquired as to whether the store took additional discounts off of its goods (after all it is an outlet store) -The sales lady responded saying "no we don't take anything else off these items, we know what we paid for them"-chuckling as she was proud to make that statement. We left and thought they clearly have ineffective buyers as the prices they are asking do not sell to the public... Especially when all the goods have conspicuous damage to them. read more

They seem to have no idea how to run a business or have any understanding of their relationship to their retail store. I got an email from front gate for a promotion where you could get a certain amount back if you spend xxx amount of dollars. I wanted to know if those reward certificates could be used at the outlet before I bought it online. I called the 1800 number first and they told me to ask the outlets specifically. So I called. The lady on the phone had an attitude and said, " I can't tell you if you can use a certificate that you haven't even purchase". No crap. The whole point of buying it was to use it at the outlet. Great job, Frontgate. Learn some customer service and find out the answers to basic questions. These promotions probably happen yearly so get with the program. read more

Dear Frontgate, Please upgrade the quality of your merchandise at this outlet! My wife and I were very excited to go check out this outlet store as we love the quality, selection and stellar customer service of Frontgate online! What a disappointment. The storefront looks really appealing until you enter the place. Some merchandise was so damaged I expected to see it selling for practically nothing. It wasn't! Maybe 20% off of new. And monogrammed towels selling at a slight discount? Really?! I guess if it were your lucky day you may find matching initials but highly unlikely. Maybe we came into the store when they had a slump of some pathetic inventory...after all we get that it's an outlet store. On the day we visited though, it just seemed like nothing there was in good shape and everything was insanely overpriced. I'll try again next time I'm in Georgia and see if there is any better merchandise, but our first visit was a huge disappointment. read more

I was shocked to see the low reviews of the Frontgate outlet store, we love it there! We've been going since they opened and yes, they have some damaged items, but it is an outlet and the price reflects that. We like the store even more now that it divided into two, the Grandinroad store is right next door, and they remodeled. It is always fun to swing in and see what they have and talk to the helpful staff, Megan and Kate are wonderful. In our many years going we've only had one instance where a new employee wasn't very helpful and the manager called us at home and completely restored our faith in the store. For all the subpar reviewers, you may want to go again, they always have different sales and the best are after Thanksgiving and Christmas, as much as 50% off the store. read more

The perfect visit I needed a new covering for my Frontgate umbrella and was prepared for an involved ordeal of matching part numbers with my model and ordering a replacement. The sales person (Clarise?) was very knowledgable, pleasant and efficient. She consulted the computer, matched the exact part number and retrieved the item from stock.
