To begin with good luck getting through on the phone every time I call it's 20 minutes of waiting…read morejust to talk to some one at the desk no matter what time of day. If by chance you are not frustrated enough when they do answer the phone they take messages and get it all messed up I have been waiting 2 days to get an issue fixed. The medication prescribed is to expensive and I let them know I need a cheaper medication. I was told by the PA she set up a prior authorization and has left it at that even though the medication is still to expensive. So now 2 messages later still no response. Now I know why the PA has so many open appointments she only does her job when she feels up to it. I will wait 3 months to see the actual Dr. I guess always beware of the PA.

He never ran any blood work ; he knew i had an enlarged prostate but made no mention of the danger it was. When I told him of my kidney issue, he threw a bunch of catheter sticks at me and told ḧis ässistant"to show me how to use them . When i asked how long i would have them n not knowing what they even were, he rudely responded ¨for the rest of your life¨I ended up in the hospital from the catheter causing a blood infection. I since found a good urologist who performed a prostate reduction and I will find out soon if my kidneys can recover. This doctor is not thorough and very rude.

My family doctor prescribed medication and it fixed it right up. Don't let this doctor waste your insurance benefits!
