Thank you guys for letting me know this information 4 days before the deadline. Well, he was retired, but the rest of the staff was still there. The doc was very personable and even remembered me from when I was going there 5+ years ago (I was surprised by that.) I'm feeling a little better today and it's all thanks to them. However the 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th visits were much longer of a wait, taking almost 40 minutes to see someone& it was never Dr. Bhardwaj, always a different associate doctor or Physician Assistant. Our wait to check out as been equally if not worse waiting for the staff to get you're orders filled and processed. However the staff are very pleasant,friendly & overall ok. My husband has never once got his medications written properly and kept having to call the office for missing medicine's and wrong dosages. Explaining the problem with everyone but the actual doctor is so frustrating. I'm serious everytime he & I go his medications are screwed up and missing. It's tiresome and I feel like they're incompetent sometimes. Also he had an allergic reaction to the Tylenol content in 1 medicine they prescribed for him & they do make the medication without the Tylenol in it but the Physician Assistant told him that they won't prescribe anything different or even something similar to help with his reaction to the Tylenol dosage. Not even the same type of med but with ibuprofen instead. So I think we may look at finding another Physician for him since this place is great at getting you in right away but everything else is a mess!
