Tom really put us to work for practicing CPR on the ground. We did several rounds of CPR on dummies, and it made me realize that yes, health care providers and anyone else certified can get exhausted after just a couple of minutes during this process! We learned the proper techniques on how to switch off for 2 person CPR as well. I will be coming back in 2 years and hopefully Tom will still be teaching here. Thanks to this program, I am not more confident to know I can help someone out if life support is needed. They also give you same day certification cards which was really helpful because I have a job interview later today, and can now bring my card to the interview. It's $27 to replace a lost card, (not the centers choice for the fee), but American heart association. Tom gave us a great tip and told us to take a photo of the card or make a photo copy, this way we don't have to pay for another one if it gets lost. Great place, I will be recommending this center to anyone who needs verification. (They also offer recertification classes for a lower fee).

He had a lot of real life experience and knowledge, which he used to make the class much more interesting and relevant. He was thorough but efficient and much more engaging than other instructors I've had in the past. I definitely left the class feeling like I have the knowledge and skills to feel confident in performing CPR should I ever need to. The location is very convenient-they have a large parking lot behind the building. They also print your cards immediately following the class which is helpful. I live in Massachusetts but had such a great experience here, I would definitely come back to this location when I need to renew!

The management is on point and know all the kids names. My daughter's teacher, Miss Jennifer, is the best teacher I ever experienced. She is warm, artistically brilliant, in tune with the students, patient and kind! She genuinely treats the children as her own. I put my daughter in school full time at age 2 after our childcare situation changed. The school exceeded my expectations! My daughter knows colors, ABC's, can count to 10 in spanish, etc. I am so thrilled! My only regret is not sending my kindergarten aged son here! I LOVE this school! Update: I also forgot to add how wonderful and nurturing the class helpers and before/after care teachers are. The ones I have encountered are seasoned professionals and sweet! Ms. Jeanne adapted to my pace when I needed help and always had helpful tips. Ms.Jennifer was able to answer any question I had and explain things in different ways to understand. If you are just getting into nursing or even need to retake a class I recommend this school to you.
