Went there with my 11 year old who just started dance and is not used to dance shoes. The person spent so much time with my daughter making sure she gets the best fit. Truly a gem of a place and I highly recommend it. read more

Love this place! Excellent customer service and the prices are not any different than anywhere else you would go. If they don't have what we need they're always ready to order and accommodate in any way they can. read more

My 16 month old is starting ballet classes, so as any normal parent I went online and bought shoes, leotards and skirts..well let me tell you that is when my headache began. I read the reviews and ordered the sizes accordingly - not one item fit. I was a dancer myself so I wanted to ensure I got quality items for my daughter. I called the other day and was extremely grateful for her help. Mind you my daughter was throwing a tantrum in the process, but she was able to size my daughter with the perfect fitting shoes. I love that there is an actual store and even a fitting room - as my daughter continues to grow I'm excited this will be our one stop shop. read more

Front and Center Stage - Ballet Shoes - Dance Wear Near Me - Burbank, California

As an adult male dancer it is hard to find things that work for you at dance stores but Front and Center Stage has come through whenever I need them. Got a dancers belt a while back and then recently bought some canvas ballet shoes and both times I had no idea what to look for. The owner was very knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed and I have not been disappointed. Aside from being helpful and nice, they also have a great selection. Come give this quaint brick and mortar a visit. read more

My 3 year old starts ballet tomorrow and we had purchased 2 pairs of slippers online. They were insanely large and I didn't have any time to return them/wait for the new ones to come. I am so happy I made the decision to last-minute shop at Front and Center Stage! I didn't catch the name of the woman who helped us today, but she was so kind and helpful in finding the right pair of ballet slippers for my girl. The store had so many cute things and the prices were great. I will definitely be back to shop more. Thank you again for making my girl smile so big. Photo below for cuteness!! read more

Cutest place for toddler ballet stuff. Staff is so helpful and kind. Definitely will get all our dance stuff from this shop!

What a terrific experience at Front and Center Stage! Lauren was absolutely incredible! We needed ballet shoes for my eight-year-old daughter and came in at the recommendation of the owners of her dance studio, Creation Station. Truth be told we typically would just buy from Amazon but with my daughter's sense of urgency, I caved and took her to Front and Center. And I am so happy that I did! The care and service was beyond. She measured my daughter's feet and was really patient with her while she tried multiple brands and styles to find the right fit. My daughter had a lot of questions and Lauren answered all of them with care and enthusiasm. This experience reminded me of why it's necessary and beneficial to shop at independent and local stores! Will definitely be going back for all of our dance needs! read more

Nobody has "ballet shoe emergency" on their bingo card. I'm glad it happened because I may not have found this gem. Great selection and prices, convenient location (with plenty of free parking!). But the customer service was far beyond expectations. This will be my go-to for all my dance needs. read more

Great service! The owner measured my daughter's feet and helped us find well fitting shoes for her. It is really hard to order dance shoes online, especially for a growing dancer. It is so nice to shop in person too and see the fabrics and quality of the items. She has so many great dance items too! My daughter loved the store. She can't wait to go back again. Affordable pricing and great service. read more

I had a last minute refitting emergency before my first pointe class, and was so fortunate to find this place! We tried on many pairs before going back to the first pair, and I'm happy to report that they're holding up well after a few classes. No pain where there shouldn't be. Will definitely come back for future purchases! :) read more

What a great place for all your dance needs! They even have a nice selection for boy dancers, which made my son very happy! Natalie helped us and was so kind and knowledgeable when fitting my sons feet, which are big and narrow and hard to fit. We will be going there for all our dance needs from now on! read more

Fantastic shop! Natalie knows her stuff. Rare to find a shop with this kind of selection and a proprietor who is a dancer/Choreographer that can find just the right pointe fit for your dancer. Cannot endorse enough. read more

Front and Center Stage will be our new go-to dance store! Natalie took so much time and care to properly fit my daughter for pointe shoes, something she's been having a hard time with. The store not only has a great selection but it didn't matter how many different pairs needed to be tried on, Natalie was determined to find us the perfect pair. And she did! My daughter has never been happier. Their leo's are also more reasonably priced than other local dance stores and are beautiful. And the space is absolutely adorable and spacious, it would be a perfect venue for pointe shoe fitting events! So thrilled Front & Center Stage is now part of the local dance community! read more

Quiet little store. They have everything. My daughter is very happy with her dance bag and leotard

Natalie went above and beyond to get my kids the best character shoes for their feet. One of my kids has very difficult feet, but Natalie went out of her way (literally drove to another store) to get us the right shoe. She also takes the time to explain different price points of all the shoes, as well as their pros and cons, which helps in the decision-making process. I highly recommend for anyone who needs dance shoes! read more

Went in looking for jazz shoes and had such a great experience. Natalie was friendly, extremely patient and very helpful. She provided her honest opinions on sizing for kids since they outgrow their footwear quickly, but ensuring it's not too big where it would become a safety hazard or cause discomfort. Little absolutely LOVED the store and couldn't stop talking about all the cute things they had. The selection is great and everything is clean and well organized and most importantly super friendly and lovely owner. read more
