They were crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Not overly doughy and best of all, piping hot! The churros are not very pricey and a delicious treat to eat after getting some tacos! They make churros and funnel cake. Regular churros are 8 pieces for $6, ones loaded are 8 for $7, funnel cake is $9. They even have fried plantains. That is 2 for $7. I plan to try the plantains next time as 8 pieces of churros is too many for me to eat. I'm glad to see this churro truck pop up next to the taco stand!
