If it's carpeting, solid wood, laminate, or vinyl you want, Ronnie's either has it or will order it for you. Ronnie's specializes in special buys & closeouts. The showroom is open M - F (9 AM - 6 PM), & Saturday (9 AM - 5 PM). My mum used Ronnie's in the early 90's for new carpeting, & later again around 2005 for laminate flooring. Both times, Ronnie's came in w/ the lowest bid, & provided excellent, professional service. I selected Ronnie's & another top-rated area company to provide an in-home measuring & estimate. Ronnie's bid was $1,100 lower for the EXACT same flooring & work, & the sales rep arrived much more prepared. I also received my quote immediately, which wasn't the case w/ the competitor. Over the 3 days that my new flooring was installed, the two men installing it worked hard & fast. They took my questions & left my home clean each evening. When a foundation problem was detected, I was contacted immediately & the correction process was explained. The head installer has been laying floors for approximately 27 yrs; he is the nephew of the man who laid both my mum's flooring:) Like his uncle, his finished product was impeccable. Thank you Pete, Johnny, & anyone else involved in my new floors. They are exactly as promised! I absolutely love them & can't imagine using another installer.

Customers/Contractors Beware:…read more Inspect your purchase before you buy!! We had purchased about $4,000 worth of tile(Ashford classic porcelain 10x60" in soft ash am color and bundled 3 per box). Half of the cardboard boxes were destroyed from the weather(tile was fine). Boxes were drenched and fell apart upon lifting. An entire pallet was this way and made it EXTREMELY difficult to offload by hand. Not sure who to blame. Whether it be the store(Floor and Decor out of Lakeland, FL) or Ashford. If we had known the pallet was in this condition, we would not have accepted it(pallet in blue plastic). We would recommend this store for their product knowledge and assistance. But, we would not recommend this store for loading a product of this expense in this condition. See pics for reference.

Superior Floors to the rescue!!…read more Before moving into our new house, we had the tile replaced with vinyl plank (LVP) by another company, who really screwed up one of the rooms. There was a giant soft spot since they started removing the tile but then stopped and just laid the vinyl planks over the tile, including the big hole they left. We went round and round with the first company to try getting them to fix it, until they just stopped showing up or returning phone calls. I found Superior Floors on Yelp and called them to see if they would be willing to fix someone else's mistake. Ryan came out to evaluate the situation and came up with a plan. A couple of weeks later, the installers came out, removed the poorly laid vinyl planks, removed the tile that was supposed to have been removed by the previous company, and reinstalled the planks. The floor is now solid and looks great! I appreciate their willingness to come out for a smaller job and fix someone else's mistake. They'll be my go-to for the future!

I had given them an estimate of the square footage of my garage because I was out of town and my daughter didn't have a tape measure so I asked her to "walk it" and will estimate on the high end so there won't be a problem. The cherry on top is that after they finished all the work and cleaned the work area, they informed me I over estimated the square footage by over 100sq ft... They then informed me the revised the estimate to make it $500 less.. Everyone had a great attitude. They were working hard, so I even jumped in to help unload some flooring and clean up a bit. That's not something I'd normally do, but they were just good people. The installation looked great, and they cleaned everything up before they left. I had to catch a flight the next day, so I didn't get a chance to inspect every room before leaving, but from what I saw, everything looked excellent.
