Setting up the appointment was a breeze, and Dr. Goodman and his wife, Elaine, proved to be as friendly and laid-back in person. Likewise, the treatment itself was outstanding, without any unnecessary bureaucracy or other red tape (and, for what it's worth: the Upper Cervical chiropractic adjustment was very effective for me personally, and evident almost immediately afterward). Even the office had its charms, being clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, as to create a warm, soulful environment. The kicker? I am asking to be reimbursed for what they've over charged me for and if they don't oblige, I'm going to the state board, as well as contacting an attorney.
