Purchased new Electrohome , top of the line washing machine near the end of November , Since purchase we have had problems every third or fourth load. Over sudsing , all cycles over cloths soaking wet , and full of suds. On several occasions on mis size loads , the washing machine walks across the floor with loud thumping sounds , and the side bulging out from the drum. They sent a repair firm that stated we are not using the weather correctly. For example wee put in too much soap , the load is too big , the load is too small , The repair tech they sent performed a 15 minute cycle empty , with no soap . worked fine no cloths , no soap, he said the machine is not the problem . Then i had him run a small to medium size load , and get this he asked for a teaspoon so he could add only two teaspoons of soap. We use Tide HE , he told me we must have got a bad batch , the soap was the problem . He told me to do what he tells me , not what is in the Electrohome manual. today I washed three small to medium loads Load 1 worked just fine Load two I had to wash two times because the washer complete cycles without a high speed spin . Cloths were left full of suds and soaking wet. Load three went OK. I reported this to Grandpappy's and they said they can do nothing for me. I want my money back , or for them to replace this lemon machine. Warning do not by a Electrolux washer , and I know I will no longer spend my hard earned money at Grandpappy"s in Chillieack. read more
