I purchased a new stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer. I was told there was a back order on my items and would not get them until July. I understood that due to Covid this may occur. I advised them that was fine. I provided a hefty deposit and was told the balance would come off my visa after delivery. July 7, I received my appliances and was pleased with my choices. Jump ahead to September 1, where I receive a call from "Ray" , manager at Wagners Appliances. Ray sounded like a drill sergeant asking if I was Catherine and after responding he became very aggressive and said " you haven't paid your bill, you owe us money". I of course said that we didn't owe anything and further he could tone it down a bit. He then went on to say that I hadn't paid my full bill. It takes plenty for me to get this angry but I did. I said, "we had our delivery in July and you're calling me now, yelling at me, accusing me of something nefarious. This is your exceptional customer service you tout on your website? I paid this bill on my visa, you have my card number and authorization." Suddenly, Ray went quiet. I continued by saying " this is the first time I've heard from you, nobody has ever called us to see how everything was working. No calls to touch base with your clients after I expressed interest in a standing freezer. So ultimately it would appear that Ray had not processed the final portion of our invoice. I then spoke to the owner of WAGNER APPLIANCES, Mark, he could not have cared less. No apologies for the error. No apology for how I was treated. Just dead air. (being a locally owned business) We purchased 17 appliances for 3 homes with them in a six month period. We have had issues with one gas range since receiving it. Grand Pappy's sent a repair person to fix it 6 times in 7 months. The problem has still not been fixed. At what point will they replace the stove that is brand new and under warranty? They advised us to go directly to the manufacturer to replace the stove . The manufacturer told us to deal directly with the retailer we bought the appliance from. It has been over 3 months since the last time the repair man came and we are still waiting on a part they had to order. We have contacted Grand Pappy's several times to have this resolved with absolutely no success. It has now been nearly 10 months of them putting us off. After buying 17 appliances with them, we would have thought they would like to keep our business, but obviously they don't care at all about their customers. We will never purchase from them again.

to the tech department --…read more The chilliwack london drugs is the closest apple care service provider I booked an appointment through my phone app to get my phone screen fixed. I dropped my phone off - and they called my wife to say they couldnt fix my phone because the vibrate on my phone is broken, which makes it a replacement phone. They said it could take around 3 days or so - to send my phone out for a new one, which I couldn't do because I run a business and my phone is used for work. So I decided to schedule an appointment and take the day going to the Coquitlam apple store to get a replacement phone (same day). After being there for 5 minutes, and I explained what london drugs said - they looked at my phone and turned the vibrate setting from OFF to ON. There was nothing broken. So now, its not a replacement phone and its back to being a screen repair. And unless I wanted to stay in the mall for another 4 hours in Coquitlam, I needed to reschedule. So back to london drugs I went, where they let my phone sit for 2 days.. (i just picked it up / because i was sick of being sidelined, regardless of the inconvenience I was caused.). My screen is still broken. When they spoke with my wife, and she told them i needed the phone for work - their response was "yeah, everyone says that." Will drive to mission to have it fixed. This is my favourite garden store. The staff are amazing. You can bring in a leaf off of a plant…read moreand they can advise you about what the issue is. For example: the brown tips on the Azalea is environmental, likely wind burn and not a bug that I need to spray. The staff is knowledgeable, polite and professional. I always feel good about buying my plants and summer flowers there because I know that they are well taken care of and are not 'stressed' like they are at the box stores. The best part is that most of the time you can see Brian Minter there. I love listening to him on CBC. He too is very helpful and is more than willing to advise on plants, solutions for pest control or how and when to fertilize. It is wonderful to have such an amazing resource in our community. I think we are truly blessed. The little cafe there is also a great addition. Before shopping you can enjoy a sandwich, or just grab a coffee. This year I am going to be growing in raised bed gardens and have gotten all of my Fragro herbs at Minters. I am also seeding poppies on my property, and was able to find California, Oriental and a hybrid. So that is wonderful. Great selection of women's clothing, gifts, cut flower department, cafe, tropical plants, seasonal plants, herbs, vegetables, landscaping perennials, annuals, tools, pots, trees and so much more. Last summer the tomatoes that grew on my deck where 10 feet tall. I had asked one of the staff which ones to buy, and I grew 7 different varieties. The produced wonderfully, and it was cool to grow heirloom plants. I will post some photos of the plants from last summer. Thanks again Brian, you have a great hub for the community.
