Called in the morning and asked for an update. Was told "computers locked me out" by a nice receptionist who took down both my cell, and my home phone. I received no phone call. We had and continue to have a very frustrating experience with this HVAC company during and after…read moreinstalling a brand new system in our new home build in late 2025. Their installation delayed our new home build by about three weeks because they could not get the new Bryant HVAC (heat) system working or properly diagnose the issue. Now that the weather has warmed up, we tried using the AC and found that it does not work either. Their technician, RJ, told us that the AC unit was never tested after installation in November 2025, meaning the system was never fully completed or verified as functional. Here we are in April 2026! We were told a part needed to be ordered for our non-functioning AC unit and would take 7-10 business days to arrive. It is now past that timeframe, and we have been told there is no tracking information available and no clear update on when the part will arrive or when our system will be fixed. At this point, we have dealt with delays, an incomplete installation, and ongoing lack of communication. For a brand new HVAC system, we expected a fully working install and timely follow-through. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. We are still waiting for a resolution.

These guys are thieves. Never told me over the phone they charge $100 just to come out. Also never…read moresaid they have a flat rate system of charging. They do not charge by the hour but by the type of work they do. I needed two issues: kitchen sink blockage and the drain pipe under the sink leaked. He cleared the drain and replaced the p trap under the sink. The charge was $400. $150 for the drain blockage, $150 for the $4 p trap and $100 to come out fee. He spent 45 minutes at my home and a regular plumber would have charged $150 for all he did. I remarked that for his hourly pay of $40 that was pretty rich and he replied he only made $30 an hour. So his boss laughs all the way to the bank. Needless to say I will never use them again.
