Called in the morning and asked for an update. Was told "computers locked me out" by a nice receptionist who took down both my cell, and my home phone. I received no phone call. Ron Knight plumbing did not show up nor did they call. I had to call the next morning and leave a message. Guy who gets back to me is laughing saying he got into "an accident" in the van, but that he was going to "move some things around" and help me out. Are you kidding me? Where is your integrity?

I did a search for plumbers in the area with excellent reviews, favoring small businesses and Peak showed up in the top 3. Raymond at Peak was a stellar communicator, responsive, and offered us really quick service. The price for everything, including a good water heater, was a little below the range that Google said to expect, and we felt affordable. Raymond was also a delight to engage with when he came to install. We will be reaching out to Peak for any of our future plumbing needs!

Call Gary Bauer for your plumbing needs. He is friendly and professional. More important, he's…read morehonest. He does good work, too. His prices seem fair. I am fortunate that I rarely need a plumber. When I do, I call Gary. He's been helping me when I need it for over three decades. There was one job he said he wouldn't do because of difficult access and a back injury. However, he said he'd come over and take a look and give me some advice to make sure whoever else I hired would also do good work. He didn't charge a dime for that. I have a mechanic that won't do work that isn't needed even if I ask. Gary Bauer is kind of the same way. I had a job where I thought I needed some equipment replaced. Gary was pretty sure he could fix it. It's better than new! I hope I don't see Gary for a long time unless it's just out and about. But when I need a plumber again, if I do, you know he'll be coming to give me a visit.

I had a backyard with drainage issues. Even after weeks with no rain, it would be a muddy mess…read more With rain, it would turn into a pool. I contacted Mid Valley Drain, as well as a few other companies, about getting a quote. James immediately answered the phone and said he could be out first thing the next morning. He showed up on time and by that afternoon I had a detailed quote with multiple options, all broken down by parts and price. Not only was I impressed by the detailed quote, I was very impressed by the price. The next morning James and his team were hard at work trenching my backyard. He had a team of 3 and they worked from 8 AM to 6 PM non-stop. I was impressed with their work ethic and the speed at which they got things done. 2 days later (4 days after calling for a quote), the job was done, and my issues were solved. We have not had any issues since the French drain went in. I've had a lot of bad experiences with contractors over the years, but James and his team at Mid Valley Drain were a breath of fresh air. Their price was fair, they worked hard, and did a great job! Highly recommend these guys!
