They do not charge by the hour but by the type of work they do. I needed two issues: kitchen sink blockage and the drain pipe under the sink leaked. He cleared the drain and replaced the p trap under the sink. The charge was $400. $150 for the drain blockage, $150 for the $4 p trap and $100 to come out fee. He spent 45 minutes at my home and a regular plumber would have charged $150 for all he did. I remarked that for his hourly pay of $40 that was pretty rich and he replied he only made $30 an hour. So his boss laughs all the way to the bank. Needless to say I will never use them again.
