I had good customer service overall the place seems odd to big the food was not good at all my son took one look at the pizza and refused to eat it I order carne asada fries and it wasn't good way to over price for the quality of the food won't be going back read more

First time here, Owners are awesome.! Such a great experience.. definitely check them out.!

So friendly staff, clean establishment. I wanted guacamole cheese fries which isn't on the menu but they made it special. The fries and cheese were very tasty....but....the guacamole was like straight vinegar. No avocado flavor at all, just vinegar. If they want a squirtable guacamole, it's very easy to mash avocados and use crema mixed in to get an amazing taste that's able to come out of a squirrel bottle. Add some salt in and boom....ready! My brother got the carne asada fries and the meat was tender and flavored perfectly....and the half order was more than he could finish, but he also didn't like the guacamole. It's so bitter. It would be better to make daily batches using the cremation than make huge batches full of vinegar. We might come again but I would skip the guacamole. read more

Fries Galore - Food Trucks Near Me - Apple Valley, California

We went to Fries Galore in Apple Valley on opening day. Big mistake. We ended up waiting for over an hour and half for our food, which we never did get. I complained about the amount of time it was taking. We were offered a refund by the owners. It took 30 minutes to get a refund. I complained again. I was told by the owners that is was opening day, that they were working out some issues and if I didn't like how they were handling things I didn't have to come back to their establishment. It must be nice to not need customers. As we were dealing with our refund 4 other tables of people were getting refunds as well. All in all we spent 2 hours at this establishment, got no food and were treated rudely and disrespectfully by the owners. I will gladly take their advice and not patronize their establishment. I have better places to spend my money. I would give them zero stars if I could. read more

We just got home from there. The food was very tasty. I think the price point is a little high, not much but a little. Service was fantastic. The only complaint is the food was barely room temperature when it came to our table. We shared the feedback with them. I'm sure they will only improve. Definitely will be back. The portions are very generous. A lunch special might be a good idea. Maybe a half order of fries and a drink for 10 dollars every Tues or something like that. Great atmosphere, clean restaurant and facilities. read more

I still just don't understand this businesses following. Celebrating such mediocre food at sky high prices just signals to new businesses to follow their model. My family and I tried most of their offerings and we ended throwing most of it away as it was bad. Hope they lower their prices way down to match quality. I would say $3 per fries is reasonable. I won't eat there if they paid me. read more

Food was very delicious and I recommend either their carbs asada fries or their pizza fries! Service was really excellent and the people who serve our food and awesome and very kind! Really love the design of the food truck and enjoy getting lunch-dinner from them whenever they are around! 100% recommend on trying their fries! read more

I found this spot by going through yelp and I must say I'm glad I found it. We were up in hisperia for the day and wanted a snack for the drive back down the hill! And ohh boy these fries were magical! The varieties they had were many but I would recommend the classic garlic fries and their Korean bbq fries!!! Delicious!! read more

Food is way to expensive compared to other places. 18$ is just wild for fries. First time trying it and also my last.

I was happily surprised. I love chili cheese fries. I believe I have found the spot to go too. They call their version chili bean fries, and they are delicious. The chili, I think it has three different types of beans (kidney beans, black beans, and not sure what the third one was), not one hundred percent on the third bean, but the combination was tasty. It reminds me of my homemade chili. The portion size is substantial, and half a portion was the perfect amount for me and to share with my husband. I read many reviews that recommend the elote con fries, but I know that my favorite will be the chili bean fries. Oh yes, can't forget to mention the excellent customer service, super friendly with a great sense of humor. read more

I have darn near died and gone to Heaven, which is not often with all my food sensitivities. My first time trying Fries Galore and not the last. Just split some garlic and fish taco fries with a friend. WOW! Garlic fries did not make it home. They were gone before the six mile drive. Fish taco fries were eaten BEFORE unloading car of groceries. M'mM'm good! VERY impressed with their family operation. Great to see and hear what each member brings to the table. Happy for you all. Thanks for sharing your story Papa Fries. Thanks to Mama Fries for having the vision. We consumers are blessed to have you in the high desert. read more

Hands Down, 1 of the Best Food Trucks I have ever experienced so far. This particular Food Truck showed up at the Yelp Helps Event: Barks and Brews in Redlands, CA. On 06/09/19. It was the first time I experienced their fries. The last time was from a Food Truck in a SGV event. The first set of fries I ordered were already excellent: carne asada fries. Just as I aforementioned in my Yelp Helps review, the cooks from the Food Truck were a memorable bunch. Due to the fact I took a tad longer to retrieve my order, they recalled me quite well. However, I had a darn good reason for retrieving my drink order while waiting for the fries to cook!!!! Anyways, will return to comment on the taste of the fries from my second order: philly cheese steak fries as I have not had a chance to chow them down yet. The ingredients that were mixed with the fries were: bell pepper, steak & cheese. All were cooked extremely well that were not overly salty. Wonderful customer service both times today. They made sure I was happy with my orders before I took off!!!! read more

Fries Galore is a great and quick place with a drive thru which i.) meets health guidelines ii.) offers convenience for the busy parents or professionals! It was out first time actually trying it after a couple of attempts on the closed days (Sun. & Mon.). Well worth the multiple attempts with one minor critic on the asada fries. They need more moist ingredients in the middle underneath the piled ingredients. The elote fries on the other hand were evenly proportioned with a good balance of moist and dry ingredients making them perfect! We will definitely be returning and recommend Fries Galore to everyone. read more

Mmmmm so good!!!!! This place is really hidden but always packed. Which was a great sign on how yummy their fries are! I tried the Buffalo chicken fries and my husband tried bbq ones. Oh boy, these fries are dangerous! I inhaled mines and still found myself digging my fork into my husbands plate. A must to stop here in the high Desert. The workers are super friendly and seem to be happy working. I would/will come back to try different variety of fries they have. read more

I ordered a split plate at hammers. When my number was called I walked up to the truck and saw an employee did a fake spit into the top (empty) side of my Styrofoam plate and then closed it. He looked and saw me standing there to see it. Another guy was in the background complaining that someone had called his wife to inform him that "the hood wasn't working" and was telling another employee that he should have been called directly. Berating everyone around him and telling all the other employees (and customers for that matter) about someone's actions. As I took the plate the employee who did the fake spit said "God Bless". Into the trash they went. I do not recommend this service and would encourage a change To the company culture that created this situation. read more

Fries Galore was recently at the 2019 Grand Prix... Well, my Husband and I were at the event and my Husband chose they're food truck to eat at (along with a group of our friends). My husband chose the "Pulled Pork French Fries." Once my Husband got his food, he realized it was nothing at all like they advertised. The pork was in small deep fried like cubes instead of the shreaded pork that was shown in they're pictures/an advertising. The pork would have tasted completely different than what he would have wanted. So, I nicely go up to the window (after waiting in line again and a line was forming behind me) and I ask if they can either give us our money back or make my Husband something different. Well, the guy at the window was EXTREMELY RUDE and said, "we don't do refunds." I said, "how about making him something different since what you advertise is not what you sell." He replied "yeah. We don't do that either." He then said, "you obviously go to McDonalds... Does they're food look like the pics?" I said, "for the most part they're food is served as shown but McDonald's isn't my concern. Your food truck is." Well, a few more words were exchanged caused by his extreme attitude and is lack of professionalism. We will not be spending our money with them again and we will for sure be telling everyone we know about our experience. read more

The Fries Galore family is top notch. A MUST TRY. If you see that truck, pull over and order anything on that menu. You will be completely satisfied. My 2 favorites were the phili cheese steak fries and the Elote fries. They are fast, fresh and friendly. We used them for a huge event at work last week, they were AMAZING! Every day, for 5 days, they were early, ready to roll and produced fast, quality food. If you want to have a catered event, these are the people to do it. Good job and great prices. read more

Apparently this food truck is fairly popular up here in the high desert. One of my housemates said he had been wanting to check this truck out and so we headed over since he said he heard they were going to be at Tonyan Coffee House Friday night. I was so down for some specialty fries and they offered quite a nice variety to choose from. We settled on the Carne Asada Fries and ordered the large for $10 verses the half size for $8. It was a nice size and really tasty. The carne asada was seasoned perfectly and they were generous with the toppings including the carne asada. We saw that they also had a new dish called the Churro Fries would be a great dessert for next time. Someone also had ordered the Fries Galore which came in a pizza box and had 8 halves of what they offered 8 1/2 sizes for the price of 6 so it comes out to a little over $50. This was definitely a novelty that I enjoyed and would want to try some of their other fries dishes in the future. read more

When they pull up to a place on st Patrick's day you don't close when people start going to the truck. I've had this A couple years ago and the meat was really salty but today we sealed the never again deal when they turned us away so never again for us. read more

I wish I could rate higher but that's a VERY hard thing to do for multiple reasons. 1. They are extremely overpriced. Fries for 2 is more expensive than dinner for 2 at Chilis. And its fries!! At a gas station!!! And to top it off, they charge a $1 fee for credit/debit card use. 2. Ridiculous wait time! I went to order for the first time at their physical location and there were only 2 or 3 people in front of me. Took me 30 minutes to get my order. 3-0!!!! 3. They seem very disorganized and all over the place. Everyone yelling at each other. Lady that works there making mistakes left and right. read more

Tried it for the first time, I would say it's a bit over priced but they are soooo good and customer service was exceptional!!

I don't remember going there but it was probably good! Im sure they have different kinds of fries.

Came here last week and ordered a full order of buffalo fries for 13.75 they were pricey but they were great, came back today and tried to place an order and we were told one order of buffalo fries and an order of garlic fries were each 15.08 with tax included and you HAVE to get a drink. Come on Yelp and see that the owner has said that prices range in $8 for half orders, to $10 for regular orders and 13.75 for split orders. There is definitely a discrepancy in the pricing and it would be a lot more helpful if the prices and options were advertised beforehand, otherwise get ready to pay something different each time you go. Bad service, lost us as customers read more

One word- BOMB!!! They post up right down the street from our house over at Hesperia gas mart. We've tried everything. Not one thing is bad. Some stuff is better than others. But it's all on point. Never have my wife and I tried anything from them and been like "nah not good" The carne asada fries are far and away the best in our opinion. My daughter asks for fries galore. She'll ask my wife to see where they are lol. Plus they're awesome! Always so courteous and kind. They always set some plain fries aside for my son and don't charge me extra or anything. Overjoyed they're getting a brick and mortar location. Can't wait for my next order of carne asada fries read more

Awwww bummer! Been wanting to try this place. I don't live close but I had to be down the hill so I figured no time like the present. Went on the website and looked at the menu. I rushed out of the house to allow time to stop only to arrive to a sign saying "sorry closed today due to staffing issue." Seriously?! I'm disappointed but I guess it wasn't meant. Now to go find something to eat that will satisfy my craving for "loaded fries." Ugh! read more

Theeeeeee BEST fries EVER!!! I got the 1/2 and 1/2 Elote and Philly Cheesesteak and it was hands down the best French Fries I have ever had . They stayed CRISPY even with all the toppings!!! Love these guys! Try to get to them at least once a week, and have never been disappointed! The fries are are always cooked just right, so they aren't overdone, but not underdone so that the toppings turn the fries into wet noodles! With 12 types of fry toppings to choose from (also churro fries with ice cream for dessert) there is always something to fit your mood! There is also vegetarian option, and the Mac & Cheese or Pizza fries always satisfies our little ones! The pricing is fair, and customer service is great! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed! * they are currently serving all choices (minus the Churro fries at this time) as a deep fried burrito option for no extra charge...and they are great, although not sure if this is a permanent option or not! read more
