The chicken bowls are excellent! Choices are with mashed potatoes and gravy or a biscuit and gravy. Keep an eye out for their free samples too. The donuts should come with a warning , as they are addictive. Coffee is always fresh and is very affordable. House in the same building is a separate business Rome Outdoors that can accommodate many of your fishing and hunting needs. A great addition to the town of Rome.

The deli case on the left looked appetizing when we walked in, and the tight aisles are packed with Polish products, including beer. I didn't have a ton of time to poke around because we were on our way to the flea market, but if you have a few minutes be sure to stop and peruse the unexpected finds.

Prices seem normal despite being in the center of a town filled with tourist traps and they've got a drive-thru pharmacy for your convenience. If you need an array of items but don't want to brave a big-box superstore Walgreens would be a solid bet.

This is clearly untrue and incorrect because I have returned multiple products in multiple Walgreens in the past by producing the credit card I purchased the item with. Maybe she was having a bad day. Not sure why she is telling customers incorrect information regarding the return policy for the Walgreens chain of stores. Will return the product at another more reputable Walgreens that does not hold contempt against their customers!

Sure it costs $1 but you get to play until you win and I always enjoy a new little road trip companion. Also, they have an excellent selection of greeting cards, very clean bathrooms, all the KT food you know and love ;) If you are not in the mood for a grilled cheese sandwich, pothole pizza, or cheeseburger, Denny's is right there to satisfy your pallet. I think Charlie Berens has mentioned this in is skits or standups - but it is really is a uniquely Wisconsin experience. I will likely always stop here during my travels up and down I-90 just knowing there is a duck machine and clean bathrooms.
