This is the second time in a row that my husband and I ordered from this establishment and when my husband went to pick it up they did not have the order. Both times all they said was "So sorry". I'm not sure who answers the phone, takes the order, and doesn't proceed to let the kitchen staff know they have an order to make. This is a joke. Sucks because they are only a few minutes from our house but I guess we'll have to drive a little further to find better service. Makes me wonder what the competition looks like. $50+ order Med white pizza w/ spinach..... 1- Traces of not enoughspinach, 2- chunks of Ricotta cheese up to 1.5 inches? Waaaaay too big and becomes very chalky to eat. No-one serves any type of ricotta dish like this, its nasty, 3- bottom of pizza like a sponge literally drooped all the way to the crust, flavorless very disappointing dough 4- Alfredo weak at best Garlic knots. Nobody ate a whole one, horrible attempt to cook, over done and old. Xl pizza. Overcooked, and lame. Strongest Flavor was the cardboard pizza box. Maybe this was because it took over an hour and a half to be delivered. I actually called 10 mins after the proposed arrival time to see if maybe they did not process my order or something happened mistakingly. The phone attendant said they did not have enough drivers so they could not get orders delivered on time. And my order had just left.....sus. Followed by a "ok, sorry....... Absolutely no attempt to make things right for their short coming. Driver finally showed , seeming unclear that the order , delivery and tip were , unfortunately, already paid my sub par, over sat (which is why it all tasted like cardboard) We struggled to eat 2 pieces of the White pizza, part of 3 garlic knots & 4 pieces of pizza. We experienced the worst customer service tonight!! Such a shame, too, because we have been customers for 14 years. I ordered pizza, wings, fries, and garlic knots on the website. The delivery time was estimated at an hour. After an hour and a half, we called and we're told the driver was down the street. 30 minutes later, we called and we're told the order is ready for pick-up. We told them we were just told that the driver was down the street. We were put on hold multiple times and told they would re-make the food and have it delivered. This time it had already been two hours, so we declined multiple times. Finally, we asked for a refund and were put on hold multiple times. Once it finally registered that we wanted a refund, the girl stated that she pushed the refund button and it would show up in my bank account in a few days, then she said, 'bye.' What you see here is raw dough. As you can see the ricotta is white and the dough is slimy, and off white and raw. They refused to assist after we called them, won't be returning. Not a recommended place. The phone service is mediocre at best and the delivery time is super slow. I wish I would have read the other reviews on here and known I could go get a pizza and salad from Publix in the same time that I ordered one. When I was on the phone they clearly said "about 30 mins." After an hour ( I promise it was an hour, I looked at the call log on my phone) I called back and asked for an update. They weren't rude, but they weren't accommodating either. They said they were supposed to say 30 minutes to an hour. I informed them it was over an hour and the person replied that it would take 7 more minutes. True to his statement, it took about 7 minutes. I went on the website and then called for a pickup. For a large sub the price was $6.99. I asked for Lettuce, Mayo, Peppers, Olives and pickles, all items that the website says are included. Idk why people are giving this place such bad reviews. This is pretty good pizza for Florida. We had pizza, wings, and salad. The salad was enough to share. Ice bruge lettuce with a small amount of carrot pepper and onion. The ranch dressing and blue cheese were pretty good. The wings were tasty and a nice size. I would 100% eat pizza from here again. The employees were all very nice and friendly. The sausage was not new York State sausage. There is not a lot of local places to eat in lehigh. A lot of people at my company order Friends delivery often, so when my family was trying to figure out dinner one night we figured we would give them a shot.-- Not the best decision. The pizza cost us twice as much as a Papa Johns or Pizza Hut pizza, but we figured that getting their largest size and having fresh homemade ingredients would surely make up for the price. However the ordering price over the phone was very complicated and the person taking the order got the order wrong twice, then had to call back to get the credit card number again since that was apparently wrong. It took about 50 minutes for Pizza delivery, even though they are less than a mile from our residence. And when we tasted the pizza, we decided that we would not waste our money again. The size of the largest Friends Pizza was comparable to a Pizza Hut medium. And the taste .. was very generic. I was hoping for something to melt in my mouth and give it an advantage over the cons of price and size-- but no such luck. Perhaps in the future I can try again and have something other than pizza, but being that the name of the company is Friends PIZZA - I think I will have to pass for the time being. read more

My favorite pizza place by far. I have ordered here an unhealthy amount recently. Really enjoyed the variety they offered for delivery. Good cost for taste and portion size. In the time that I have been ordering from them, I have tried the following: Pepperoni Lover's Pizza, Spinach Pizza, Garlic Knots, Jalapeno Poppers, Mozzarella Sticks, Medium & Hot Wings, Cinnamon Bites, and their Chocolate Pizza. The pizzas were awesome much better than any of the bigger chains. I live in close proximity to the store so delivery times were usually quick. The garlic knots and wings were my favorite sides. The wings were big and the sauce delivered on flavor. Recommend trying to find a delivery option near you, but worth the drive if you want good food. read more

The white pizza was pretty good and the garlic parm wings were excellent! I ordered them extra crispy (as all wings should be) and they were cooked perfectly and seasoned perfectly. However, the blue cheese was disgusting. It's not a good homemade chunky blue cheese like you'll find at many places. It's just like milk. Extremely watery and almost no flavor. I seriously don't see a single bit of cheese in this cup. This was a major downfall of the meal for me. I'm a person that absolutely loves crispy wings and a good strong and chunky blue cheese. These could have been the best wings I've ever had if it weren't for the blue cheese. We have been ordering from Friend's Pizza for the past five years on a regular weekly basis. It got to the point that all the delivery people knew who we were and what we ordered. We have always had great experiences with them until tonight when we ordered our normal five cheese pizza. This time it was completely covered in nacho cheese sauce to the point you couldn't taste anything else. We could barely make it through a piece so we called and explained it to an employee. We explained that we felt really bad even having to call because we love their food. The manager basically said that this is how the pizza was going to be from now on and there's nothing they can do for us. Maybe next time we should order "light cheese". I am a customer service manager and never in my life have I ever dealt with something like this nor would I treat my customers like this. So basically they aren't going to do anything to make us happy. I would've given them the pizza back in exchange for a new one but they are perfectly OK with losing customers. Our first experience with "Friends" was not good but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and try them again because we live so close. I ordered a large mushroom & sausage pizza and a salad. The order arrived fairly quickly, however, the pizza box top/corner was crushed. The pizza was not cut and was raw in the center. I had to cook the pizza for 15 minutes longer at 425. After cooking the pizza, we noticed the sausage was still in the casing (not used to this)...there's a first time for everything. We decided to eat the salad while waiting...total disappointment . Most of the lettuce was brown, I had to pick out the best looking pieces to make two very small side salads. The balsamic dressing was very flavorful. After cooking the pizza, the dough was very good...pizza was ok. I am not sure that we will try a third time...disappointed. read more
