The prices are fair the customer service is great and really welcoming and the food is high quality.

First off we could barely get to the counter because there was a young boy (I guess their son) jumping around all over the place while eatching tv running in between us as we tried to get to the counter. Next we experienced the Horrible attitude with the lady at the counter. Didn't smile, didn't say hello, nothing. When I asked if I could add tofu to my Buddhist Delight she yelled, "What?" I asked again and she looked at me like I was stupid and yelled it comes with it. When she handed me the receipt I said "not a good way to get a tip with an attitude" well that set her off telling me I had an attitude. I said I just asked about the tofu and she kept going off. My husband had to step in to calm her down. I certainly won't be back with this grouch (and that's the nicest word I can say as the other starts with a b) behind the counter and the food had no taste. This restaurant is horrible. We tried it, and my son got terrible food poisoning from the shrimp. I had to throw my food away because the gravy looked like burnt oil. Food is "ok" you are more likely to get more veggies in the dish than meat though they are very skimpy with the meat but I think the taste of the sauce is ok. I will give it another try. The young woman working there who works register and cooks is absolutely miserable - no smile, no thank yous, complains and makes you feel unwelcome. After reading several negative reviews I felt compelled to share my experience. My wife and I ordered take out last night (January 2017) and we're pleased with our order. The order was ready when we arrived, the prices are very reasonable, the food was well prepared and had a good flavor. The portions were large and my wife had enough left for another meal. I didn't notice the place being "dirty" and neither my wife or I had any negative effects from the food. While I can't dispute the negative findings other reported just want you to know our experience was quite different, If we crave takeout in the future we'll use our local China Garden without concern. read more

This restaurant is not very clean on the inside. I got take out and I brought the food home. The sesame chicken was like mall food. The breaking was so thick and the sauce was ok. The fried rice that came with it was better than the chicken. The mixed fried rice wasn't like fried rice at all, just rice with meat. The hot and sour soup wasn't great either and had mushrooms which I hadn't had before. Overall not my choice of Chinese takeout. read more

I walked in to China garden tonight November 27th.I can already feel the bad attitude from the lady behind the counter by the unpleasant attitude she gave me.I made my order but just before that she Hand over the gentleman's food and she proceeded to take my order.keep in mind I never saw her wash her hands.she handed me over the receipt to sign.after that she opened the freezer and took out the egg rolls and tossed them in the oil.never once's did she wash her hands.I asked if I can get a refund.she was pissed about that.I said you touched the food without gloves and didn't was your hands.she said she did and I told her I was standing right there.she refunded my money and tossed the receipt on to the counter.no customer skills at all.I personally don't care who educates her but by now she must have heard the rising number of covid cases since last year.is she watching the news.well she better start.this will be my last visit there and I will share my story.you can believe that!!! read more

ordered hunan beef with rice, got overcoocked rice with 3 pieces of meat. ordered general tso chicken, got 4 giant peices of fried bread with cold noodles. ordered beef chow mien, got beef with onions only and rice. hunan beef should be spicy, not sweet. rice takes 15 minutes to cook, not 10. and every meal with meat should include atleast 7-8 pieces. general tso chicken is suppose to be very hot, as it is cooked with red peppers, and the noodles should never be so cold they are a solid mass. didnt include sauce, and finally beef chow mien is beef with noodles, not a mixture of vegetables with rice. Placed an order by phone. Ordered general tso's chicken, veg. Fried rice, pork fried rice, crab Rangoon, and sweet and sour pork. Picked it up, brought it home and in the bag was general tso's chicken, crab Rangoon, white rice and some strange puffed pork (I think). I immediately called the store and the lady who took my order, who spoke VERY poor English and obviously did not understand English argued with me, told me I did not order the other items. One of the best take out restaurants I've been in. The workers are very nice and welcoming with tables and chairs available if you want to sit there and eat, along with a television to watch. The rice was warm followed by a big portion of beef with broccoli that was hot, fresh and tasty. Overall the food was very good with decent portions and reasonably priced. read more

This restaurant has changed hands within the last year. The previous owner was a very nice young lady who had a letter on the wall "If you have any issues email her @". Occasionally when she owned/ran it, there was issues with food and special requests such as extra sauce or extra spicy. SINCE THE CURRENT OWNER STEPPED IN. ...TERRIBLE... Just ordered last week. Ordered extra sauce on Bourbon chicken. It was actually extra dry! The general Tso chicken was so overcooked it was like leather and the sauce was so thick it stuck to the container. Eggrolls as previous stated, all wrapper and tough. Rice was dry and peas in fried rice were literally uncooked. The new owners don't listen and/or don't care..
