The Food and Customer service are not the same. The female that took my order yesterday at about 5pmish is rude and not very friendly, as tried to make little conversation while waiting for my food, but she acts like she doesn't want to be bothered at all!! Little boy helping that she had taking orders, and money needs to learn manners also! When someone hands you their card,or money, hand it back, don't set it down on counter. I also gave a tip and No thank you, NOTHING!! My family and friends will not be back, as we have been comimg here since it first opened! Not the same and that's sad! The 2 sauces were way too salty and too thick!! Not the same! My family and friends will no longer give First Wok our business and this is unfortunate, as we used to love the food and wonderful customer service! Truly disappointed!!! Also need to clean up the place up better and update the chairs and tables. Very disappointing and Sad. read more

Wouldn't recommend this place at all me and my girl got food to go. I didn't get a chance to eat mine cause I had to get going to work. She ate her and ended up having a piece of food poisoning. read more

The lady that takes your orders is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. She hung up on my sister once when we tried to order over the phone. We stopped by yesterday and she was even ruder. No smile and was very rude. We ended up not ordering. Super bad attitude. No way to run a business. read more

Either this Lady recognizes my phone number on caller ID, or she recognizes my voice. Either way, it makes you feel appreciated. This Lady is one of the three nicest people I deal with in this town. And the food is always terrific. Thanks again for a great lunch. See you soon. read more

This place is definitely hit or miss and today was a huge miss. Asked for extra mushrooms in my dish, didn't get any at all. Chicken in the chicken/snow peas and the General Chicken were slimy. Beef on a stick was so tough it was inedible. Waste of $70 Positive note- the cream cheese Rangoon and pork egg rolls are delicious. Note-if you order online do not expect it to be ready when you get there. They do not begin making it until you get there. read more

I stop here quite often to get takeout. I stopped by today and ordered my usual and handed the cashier a 20 dollar bill. He tried to give me 15 cents change. When I told him I gave him a 20 dollar bill he insisted I tried to cheat him. I ended up walking out without food. Lost a long time customer read more

To be honest, the meat didn't taste very fresh. I enjoyed the rice and spring rolls however I ended up only eating those and ordering something different elsewhere to satiate my hunger. read more

The food is to salty and the pork fried rice has very little pork and the egg rolls taste bad the last time I ever eat there.

General Tsao Tofu was perfectly crisp. it was mostly tofu and a few broccolis which usually is not the case. sauce was sweet and mild spice. I was left with a mild spicy aftertaste that was a nice touch. Vegetable fried rice was perfectly balanced. large chunks of mushrooms and ample cabbage/lettuce. I highly recommend general Tsao Tofu and Vegetable fried rice. read more

I come here all the time and the food is CONSISTENTLY fresh and delicious. I only have great things to say and highly recommend!

This place was awesome prior to the covid pandemic. Since than it goes downhill each time I give it another chance- as I keep wanting it to go back to what it was! Inside is dusty and looks like it needs a good scrubbing! The menu is big and dishes are now very over cooked. The people at the counter used to be friendly.. but no more! Something definitely changed here! read more

I bought a large wonton soup for my wife, after she ate/drank almost the entire thing she discovered a dead bug at the bottom of the soup. We have eaten here on and off for years, but we won't be back again. read more

The food was not the best and my mom experience something at the bottom of her plate. The customer service was pretty awful and daughter was very rude. If you have customers spending money at your establishment the least you can be is happy to serve them and willing to listen to what they would like to order. Extremely inconsiderate and quick when ordering the food. read more

Terrible place. Food was mediocre. Inside was disgusting and filthy with the owners kids running around. Behind the restaurant there was a dog chained up with the collar imbedded into its neck. Had to call animal control but before they got there they hid the dog away. Don't eat here. read more

First Wok Chinese Restaurant - My favorite dish Mixed vegetables in a white sauce with fried rice! It's delicious, healthy and light on the calories. - Chinese Near Me - Lehigh Acres, Florida

I ordered quite a bit from this restaurant through door dash. I have ordered several times and this is the first time I've had a problem. I called and a VERY rude woman with a thick accent answered and first claimed I hadn't ordered the dish I didn't receive, I told her I was looking at the order in front of me and it plainly showed I had ordered it. She then switched to well you need to contact door dash then because they didn't send the order to us right. I said I would like the food I didn't get delivered and she yelled" well I'm not delivering it to you!" at me and hung up on me. I spent $80 there for food for my family there, and that will be the last penny they get from me. I am highly disappointed in their customer service. read more

Love the food and the customer service feels familiar. They've been in Lehigh for over twenty years so they must be doing something right. The chicken wings and pork fried rice are my favorite!! read more

What a HUGE disappointment! One star is too much! I wanted to give a Zero!! My hubby and I were craving Chinese and thought we'd give this a try mostly due to the 4 out of 5 stars. This place is disgusting and filthy! We were so hungry. I saw that the counter was all boarded up except for a speaker. Could barely see the girl behind it. She was extremely rude. Acted as if we were inconveniencing her! We brought home our food and it was NASTY! Had to throw out the Kung Pao chicken. Didn't see any chicken but huge mushrooms! I'm highly allergic to mushrooms. They were all I could see! Good bye my dinner! My hubby ordered sweet and sour pork. It was gross. Tasted awful. We split it because we both were so hungry. The chicken egg rolls were nothing but total grease!! One bite and your mouth was filled with it. Couldn't get all of the grease taste out of my mouth for a long while! The place was so disgusting and filthy we should have not ordered any food. We shall Never return!! read more

Don't waste your money and possibly affect your well being. I Gave it a chance, despite it's run down looks. First the service.. The lady at the counter was rude and didn't even greet us and god forbid smile. I payed debit and told her it was a to go order; she puts the receipt on the table and doesn't tell me. When I ask if its mine she replies: "It has your name doesn't it??" with a rude tone. When the food is ready she only says: "ok... ok... OK..." also with a tone. Now the food... I ordered the sweet and sour chicken with the special rice (with pork and egg roll) It was tasteless, and extremely greasy (more than any other I've ever tried). The special rice had no "special" to it, no pork, no egg. Also the sweet sauce, looked and tasted like it was watered down. It gave me a stomach ache. It looks like these two people are friends of the establishment or were lucky.. PS: there should be an option for 0 starts... read more

Ordered mixed vegetables on Monday 10/18/21. Asked for it to be prepared very soft and without baby corn. When I got home the vegetables were so hard as if not cooked and loaded with baby corn! Are these people morons? Anyway stopped in two days later and when I started to explain what happened the lady flew off the handle screaming in Chinese and went back inside. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! This woman was without a doubt the rudest person I have ever met! Keep your greasy fried rice...never going back. For about $12.99 go to Jing Du buffet in Ft.Myers and eat all you want for the price of a quart of 1st Woks crappy food! They are nice there too! read more

Went back again tonight, and glad I did. Got bourbon chicken again and tried a new dish, chicken curry. The bourbon chicken was excellent again. The best bourbon chicken in Lehigh! The curry chicken was good as well, and I am not usually a huge fan of curry chicken. It had good flavor, but was not overly spicy. Extremely fast and fresh, I walked in for carry out and watched them cook it, it took maybe 5 minutes and tasted great and was fresh. Enough food to feed 2-4 for under $20. The front desk help was extremely helpful, kind and courteous. I will be returning! read more
