We were checked in with high technology and seen almost immediately by the nurse, and about 5 minutes later by an amazing Doctor with a great bedside manner and personality. He gave my son meds right there to bring his fever down, and out the door we went. Had prescription filled at the Rite Aid across the street (because it was snowing and we couldn't get back through traffic to our own CVS) and got right home. I will be going there today for myself. I only wished they were open at 1am when I started this excruciating ear pain. Definitely do not hesitate when needing medical walk in facilities. Staff was great - from check in to check out!! A+ I'll update later after I go for myself. I went for my ear on Sunday. The wait was a bit longer because it was an hour and a half after they opened and it was busier. Still not a big deal. Saw another amazing Doctor. Dr. Jefferson was so personable, friendly, and she was down to earth. Made me feel important. I did have a double ear infection. She wrote me an RX, and again I had them send it across to Rite Aid (which is actually a Walgreens inside). Dr. Jefferson will not disappoint!!! Loved her. She even gave me some natural remedies to help with the ear pain. (Plus the antibiotic) Treatment didn't work, saw an ENT who prescribed a DECONGESTANT (since I can't hear) I am now scheduled for surgery for ear tubes. No improvement since my visit here, and no response to meds.

The nurse comes in and takes my temperature (she didn't leave the thermometer but for a few seconds) and says I don't have a fever. I looked at her and replied that is not true because I just took my temperature before I left. She replies that sometimes they go down. She walks out and says the doctor is coming in soon. The doctor comes in and asks me some questions. He orders a flu and Covid test which come back negative. He comes in and says it's an upper respiratory infection and gives me some over the counter cough medicine. No antibiotics or anything. I leave the office and go back home. I take my temperature again and it was higher (100.8). I had a sinus infection and needed antibiotics and this place said I was basically had a cold.

I was in a panic !! I need this fixed TODAY! Who do I call? Where do I go?? God helped me 'stumble across' them somehow. Had never even heard of this place.They are in Clark , no appointment needed. My husband made the call (since I could hardly hear anything) - they said they could help. We flew (drove) down, easily found the location. But I was expecting them to take a look, confirm the obvious & redirect me to an ear specialist, w/the probability of several days wait @ best. To my amazement they actually did have someone there to take care of the problem. William was a sweetheart & a delight. He calmly cleared both ears & instead of it being painful (as I expected)- it was actually quite soothing. We had a fun conversation throughout the whole process. Everyone there was friendly-check in was easy & next to no wait time either. Almost wish I had an excuse to go back. Hopefully we won't. But if I ever need quick help in the future-they will definitely be my first choice.

Clinical Staff, Jennifer and Discharge, Juanita. They were both professional, knowledgeable, engaging and have a tremendous positive attitude. Anyone who has a medical appointment understands how much these traits are extremely important to the visit. I would recommend both these employees and of course, Dr. Diaz as being positive, dependable, courteous, knowledgeable and understanding.
