The white haired woman was in the front as always and when I got to the counter she "HAD" to Bring hangers to the back room...I folded my 4 items and waited and waited. Did not come back in a timely manner and I had to leave. She was there to SELL even as a volunteer. She is too chatty with those cashing out and it's frustrating waiting in line listening to her look at every item you are purchasing. Too bad as I love donating there and purchasing there.
