I've been meaning to write a review for a really long time but I feel like I cannot properly…read moreexpress how incredible Dr. Le and his staff are. When I first came to Dr. Le, I was really desperate. His receptionist listened to me and empathized with my situation. It was so relieving to finally be heard. She arranged for me to be seen and Dr. Le immediately took action. It was a challenging time, but I slept much easier knowing that Dr. Le was doing everything he could for my baby and I. I am so relieved to know that I have found the best OBGYN. Dr. Le is the only doctor that has ever taken the time to truly listen to me and actually address my concerns. Thank you, Dr. Le. Thank you, Elise. Thank you to the amazing team of receptionists. I'm so grateful for everything you all have done for my family.

Read before you decide!!…read more Dr. Le was an unsupported doctor during my pregnancy back in 2021-2022. He definitely talked more than listened. I ask to be put on disability for my job and he didn't accept it. Instead he gave me an excuse for about 2 weeks. This was because I was followed by a van with two men. These men followed me to my sisters schools and to my father's store. As well I was going through a lot and was living at my mothers house at the time of. My oldest sister was going through cancer and was later put on hospice and died 2 months before I gave birth. Dr Yeo was the one who actually found out about my sisters cancer back in 2015 which no doctor could find out the solution on what was the problem. But her my sister cancer worsen in 2021 and had a surgery and was put on hospice right after. And instead of listening to me he recommended me to go to therapy. Therefore, I quit my job and struggled to pay my bills as well. If Dr. Le really cared for his patients then he would of helped me in a better with by the very least of listening to me. I would of rather changed my OBGYN to Dr. Yeo even though he's old school. But I had too much stress to even change my doctor. Thaun Le cares more about his money than patients.

No long waits I was called in the back within 5 min the Doctor came in about 15 min later. Everyone seems so nice so far. The equipment was up date. This is the type of doctor office I'm use too! Two things I don't like so far is 1. I was told by the Doctors nurse I can not refuse to have a student come in. I have never ever heard that before as I have in the past and recently refused. I've normally been asked if it's ok if a student comes in but here you have no say so! & they don't even have the decency to ask if it's ok! I really don't like that and it may make me change offices again because I'm really not comfortable with that. I understand what a student is and does but I still don't want it. 2. I left a message 2 days ago to have the nurse or Doctor call me to clarify something important about my baby I'm still waiting on that call! It really worried me & I could not sleep. So I took matters into my own hands and found out the information about my baby was not the case as I paid for a 3D ultrasound. I'm seeing a Obgyn for my pregnancy seeing Doctor Azawi she seems friendly so far. Hope it continues to go well.

Update: It is now August 13th and I was given a call today from the clinic manager, who I clearly…read morestated I do not want to speak to multiple times when making an appointment. I was told by the clinic manager over the phone that Dr. Natalie Rivera is refusing to perform my surgery because she thinks my behavior at the hospital was inappropriate, so apparently getting upset about receiving inappropriate and inadequate care is inappropriate to her. I think that failing to provide a 30 minute surgery in a timely manner, failing to show empathy and respect, and then not only failing to follow up with me but also refusing to perform my surgery AT ALL is what's inappropriate. That and Fernando Reyes's lack of empathy and adequate assistance. This is American healthcare in Riverside for you. I wasn't even referred to a different surgery provider or given a conversation. Since she wants to deny me healthcare, she should say it to my face. This has been an awful experience and I deserve better. These people's lack of consideration for my health, wellbeing, safety, and time is horrendous. They also apparently lack morals, accountability, and remorse. I should have gotten an apology and a rescheduled surgery on June 29th, the day when Dr. Natalie Rivera, Dr. Samar Nahas, and Dr. Correa failed to provide me with my surgery. Instead, I am still trying to find a new clinic and surgeon.

I want to say that the entire staff is absolutely wonderful, including the manager I believe her name is Thelma . The entire staff at Dr. Gomez's office has always been like a little bandage for my heart throughout my pregnancy. This is my second time going to Dr.Dixit office and first time with my first born had a c-section…read morewith my first born went good. This second pregnancy noticed that he couldn't give me the right answers I was 6weeks pregnant when he noticed I had an ovarian cyst and I was spotting he told me it's normal during pregnancy no need to worry but just to play it safe we're going to check you and do a pelvic exam and your pap smear and your first trimester no need to worry even asked me if I had them before and I responded yes I've had a cyst with my first born and it went away but never would spotted. I knew something was wrong but my trust in the doctor was wrong. I was 8 weeks spotting almost like a week and the cyst got bigger and keep in mind I was a special diet for my pregnancy he had told me the cyst had got big due to food I'm eating also did a quick ultrasound and told me he can't see baby due to the cyst didn't even had any courage to check baby's heart beat and that he wanted me to come back the next day to do a ultrasound and next week he'll have my results. I felt in my gut that something was not right and I can't wait another week for the results so I took matters to my own hands and I went to the emergency room and they detected a threatened Miscarriage and inflammation to the bladder and I was told I had a UTI which never had in my life... SO IF YOU DONT FEEL SATISFIED WITH THIS DOCTOR HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GO TO THE EMERGENCY BECAUSE I WENT IMMEDIATELY AND IMAGINED I WOULD HAD TO WAITED A WHOLE WEEK FOR MY RESULTS YA NO THANKS. Staff was always amazing with me and always taking care of me never had a problem with staff always very nice and helpful especially front desk staff very friendly. The only good thing about this place is staff doing their job and being kind but this doctor showed me in this pregnancy that he didn't have the answers I needed and had to hear.

The nursing staff was pleasant, my negative experience came when Dr. Sudhakar Dixit entered the room, he was very rude and condescending to the point that I had to ask him to leave the room so I could get dressed and leave to another hospital. I spoke with the house supervisor Melissa and explained to her my experience, I was assured that the unit director Wendy McDowell would follow up with me. Wendy followed up with me and assured she would speak to his superior to have this negative experience addressed. From my personal experience, I would not recommend this Doctor to my friends or family.

I am giving this office three stars only because the doctor and back-office nurse were polite, caring, and very helpful. Unfortunately, the front office experience was extremely poor. The receptionist, Ashley, was rude, had a very sharp tone, and never made eye contact, which is unprofessional and unacceptable in a medical setting. She did not listen and repeatedly gave the same response despite me explaining what the physician had instructed, appearing set on her own narrative. It took another receptionist, Aimee, stepping in for the issue to finally be resolved and for me to receive accurate information. I also witnessed Ashley interrupt another patient and contradict what their doctor had approved regarding paperwork. Front office staff should never overrule or dismiss a physician's instructions. Stronger customer service and professionalism are needed.

Extremely Disappointing Prenatal Care…read more If I could give this practice zero stars, I would. My experience with this OB-GYN throughout my pregnancy has been extremely disappointing. Appointments feel rushed and impersonal, usually consisting of checking my weight, blood pressure, and the baby's heartbeat for a few seconds. He has never proactively discussed my weight gain or provided meaningful guidance about my pregnancy. I had to ask about prenatal screening for chromosomal abnormalities rather than having the options explained to me. His response was that it was a good test and he could arrange it if I wanted. I should not have to rely on my sister's pregnancy experience to learn about screening options relevant to my own care. I was also instructed to perform my own Group B Strep test. When I questioned this, the nurse simply said that things had changed and patients now do it themselves. Another major concern was scheduling an induction. I initially expressed that I did not want to schedule one, but the doctor appeared irritated, and his nurse encouraged me to proceed because insurance authorization could take time. I signed the paperwork approximately four to six weeks ago. Now, with my due date approaching, I called to confirm the date and was told insurance had not processed the authorization. This is particularly frustrating because I was encouraged to schedule early specifically to avoid delays. Throughout my pregnancy, I have felt that I must initiate important conversations and follow up on matters that should be addressed proactively. The doctor consistently encouraged flu and COVID-19 vaccinations, while I felt other important aspects of my prenatal care lacked attention. I cannot speak to his personal motivations, but my experience has left me feeling that my care was not patient-centered. Pregnancy is a vulnerable time, and patients deserve clear communication, respect, and attentive care. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this OB-GYN to other women seeking prenatal care.
