I don't think the location's physically accessible, as there are 2-3 steps in the front. I didn't use the bathroom, so I can't comment on that. I visited Rachel, and her services were fabulous. I had wanted a dramatic hair change, and brought photos. For the first time in my life, my haircut was exactly like the photos I brought in. I don't think I've had such a successful haircut before. I came back a few months later, and again, Rachel went above and beyond. I'll be returning and cannot recommend Rachel at Painted Hair Co. more.

I've been coming to this salon in the Westgate Mall for about 3 years now, and I love it. I don't always get the same hair stylist, but if Danielle is free you should absolutely try and go with her. She's got a great eye, is friendly but not annoying or too talkative, and she always gives AMAZING scalp massages while you're getting your hair washed. No matter what stylist I get, they're always super professional (not chatty with their coworkers, or pressuring you to buy products) and are full of great advice if needed. I really appreciate a place where you can drop in and they'll do their best to accommodate you. If you're heading there on the weekend though, I definitely recommend making an appointment or you could be waiting awhile.

We were both a little unsure of what to expect but came out of it with glowing skin and full of excitement for future appointments. I was definitely half asleep during my whole treatment. Briar started with a little consultation and began treatment. She was knowledgeable, kind and gave me some recommendations of steps to consider adding to my current skin routine, which I appreciate so much. During the treatment, I was thinking " this is what luxury feels like" LOL. I was a little afraid that the vibes of the spa might feel pretentious, but we were warmly greeted right off the bat. They made us feel welcomed and appreciated. We are excited to come back.

The studio itself is nice and clean with friendly reception staff. I usually get a wash, cut and style done by Leah, but I have gotten a balayage done by her once and an Olaplex treatment. The pricing at the Hair Studio is reasonable for what you get, in my opinion. Leah always does an amazing job, ensuring that I am comfortable during the entire hair service and that I am fully content with my hair before I leave. She is professional, friendly and fun to talk to. She has good hair care advice and is always happy to give her hair cut and style recommendations before getting started. She really pays attention to what the client wants and she works with confidence (always a comforting thing to notice when she is working on your hair!). I highly recommend going to see Leah for your hair care. I plan to continue going to her as long as she keeps cutting hair!
