She is so knowledgeable and caring and made a big difference in the treatment I received. Michelle took the time to see how I was progressing each visit and altered the treatment as needed. She took an interest in making sure I received the best care possible. I have had Physical therapy treatments many times in my life and Michelle is at the top of the list. I came for my most recent ACL and Meniscus tear and let me say, THANKFULLY I found Erica, Jackie, Eleni, Clarissa and the rest of the team at Ivy Rehab when I did. I heard they were the "Knee Queens" and they did NOT disappoint. My first call to them was on a Sunday and my voicemail was returned by Erica within 20 minutes. We scheduled my first evaluation before I even had my surgery and she knew exactly how to handle my injury since she's seen it a million times (I've heard she actually goes to watch the occasional surgery to stay on top of trends and how to best work with her post-op patients) My "pre-hab" went so smoothly that I was actually able to (carefully) get back to shooting around in the gym before my surgery. The surgery went well and I was back at Ivy within a week (I have to mention that going back was a treat since these ladies are so much fun to be around, despite all the hypothetical butt-kicking) My first time walking after surgery was with Richa which she sent video of to a group chat with Erica and Jackie. The support I received from this team is unlike anything I thought I'd ever experience based on my previous therapy experience. I will continue to recommend this group to anyone I come across and already made sure they are in-network with my new insurance provider so I'll always have them in my back pocket. The procedure was robotic. They came into the room, placed needles in my body, left, and returned to remove the needles, and sent me on my way. My session with Eileen was not only about placing the needles in my body. Before we started she discussed how our body's energy can get blocked and how acupuncture can help. She also used e stim with the needles. I recently went through a stressful situation. I have been in a lot of pain in my upper back and neck area. With just one session my range of motion has increased and I was able to sleep without the back pain I have been experiencing. I can skip the chiropractor visit as well. I am feeling things move back into place. When Eileen removed the needles she also massaged my neck and upper back where I was experiencing the most pain. It was the best acupuncture experience that I have had. I am looking forward to our next session.

I had injured my neck and shoulder, and started coming to this facility for pain relief. Doing the exercises significantly decreased my pain and improved my range of motion almost immediately, and I would come 2-3 times a week and improve each time. The exercises were easy to follow and perform and the staff helped guide me in doing the exercise motions correctly. The heat therapy and in-house massage services that are offered were also very beneficial to relieve pain. Everyone there was friendly and attentive to my needs, and exercises were customized depending on pain tolerance. I would highly recommend this place for pain management and injury relief.
