Dr. Alex Koenig is a remarkable doctor! He is patient,…read morecaring and provides sound advice as he practices physical therapy! I highly reccommend him! In January 2021 , I came to him in great pain with a meniscus tear in my left knee. He provided an excercise regimen that i followed regularly. With a desire to heal and motivation from Dr. Koenig, I recovered!!! I am so grateful for his care and expertise! He is a true healer! Helen

I came for my most recent ACL and Meniscus tear and let me say, THANKFULLY I found Erica, Jackie, Eleni, Clarissa and the rest of the team at Ivy Rehab when I did. I heard they were the "Knee Queens" and they did NOT disappoint. My first call to them was on a Sunday and my voicemail was returned by Erica within 20 minutes. We scheduled my first evaluation before I even had my surgery and she knew exactly how to handle my injury since she's seen it a million times (I've heard she actually goes to watch the occasional surgery to stay on top of trends and how to best work with her post-op patients) My "pre-hab" went so smoothly that I was actually able to (carefully) get back to shooting around in the gym before my surgery. The surgery went well and I was back at Ivy within a week (I have to mention that going back was a treat since these ladies are so much fun to be around, despite all the hypothetical butt-kicking) My first time walking after surgery was with Richa which she sent video of to a group chat with Erica and Jackie. The support I received from this team is unlike anything I thought I'd ever experience based on my previous therapy experience. I will continue to recommend this group to anyone I come across and already made sure they are in-network with my new insurance provider so I'll always have them in my back pocket. I'll sum this up by saying "Thank you" to everyone I had the pleasure of working with during my recovery. It was because of you I was able to ring the "I Did It" bell far sooner than even my surgeon expected.

Unlike the previous reviewer, my experiences with Marlboro PT have been superb. I have used their…read moreservices twice in the last 4 years, for two separate injuries. They do provide a friendly atmosphere, but I have not seen it get so loose as to be unprofessional nor detrimental to patient care. I pay with a credit card each time I leave, so have not encountered any issues with billing. The therapists I have met with have helped me recover a great deal. I have had great improvement in a very short period of time for both injuries. This may be because my issues were a pinched nerve the first time, and more recently a frozen shoulder, which might be a pretty easy ailments from which to recover, or perhaps they are just very good at what they do. One possible negative thing I can say is they do not have any private rooms at the 100 Campus drive location. They draw curtains at each bed. My privacy tolerance is at a level where I was very comfortable with this arrangement, but everyone is different. If you want to have a private room in which you meet with your therapist, then you may need to shop around. I'm not sure how many places offer private rooms. I did not come here to invalidate the other reviewer. Everyone has their own experiences to relate, and it's very likely the other reviewer is being sincere, but I did want to at least provide a counterpoint and show that there are also patients who derive a positive experience from Marlboro PT.

Reshma treated me and she has been amazing and very Helpful, she is very knowledgeable as well. She would go an extra step to help subside the pain. Maggie and Reshma are excellent. even Erika and Faiza are very helpful and friendly. Not to forget Sandra in accounting is very helpful, she will help you with any questions you have regarding Insurance. Overall i would give them 10 if could. I would highly recommend them.
