Froends kept telling me that it was all very odd I had never been through a legal process before. I was extremely careful reading documents because on the first stack I was sent on the last signature page in miniscule print i got out a magnifying glass to read it. That I agreed to allow them as a complimentary service to monitor my financial spending and medical history. I crossed out wrote no. Most of the paper work I wrote addendum to. It took me a couple years to understand the extent of the damage. Matt Tandee did not provide me with any documentation when it was completed. He told me there were 1000 of documents and I would have to pay a dollar a page. At that time I was going through a horrific divorce my ex worked for Hennepin county gov each day I recieved some type of legal document and court hearing. What makes this more concerning is the contrast in tone. The firm's communications and materials include light, "fun facts" and informal messaging, while basic responsiveness to potential clients appears to be lacking. That disconnect does not inspire confidence. Legal issues are serious, time-sensitive, and often stressful. Clear, timely, and professional communication should be the standard--especially before a client even signs on. When those Process and procedures are clicking on all cylinders it is awesome. Then we either failed to follow the successful ones we put in place or added ones that made us fail. If you have called a lot of attorneys to go through the hell of bankruptcy as I have, and you have not got to the point of having an appointment. Because even though they promise an easy time of it and that they will not make you feel like you live under a rock now, they have not made you feel better than that and/or made it difficult in some way that it never leads to an appointment. Start to finish, if you call Kain and Scott, you will never feel they have their act together and care about you. Haley, who time and again after this day would provide quick direction to the person I needed to talk to, set me up with an initial conversation with Kelsey Quarberg, an attorney in that office who is now in their Eden Prairie office, set me up with a initial appointment.
