Later in day, I received call from self-identified law partner Paul Dworak who agreed to assist me. After explaining that I sought a plaintiff's attorney for personal injury, and providing a brief but detailed case summary, Dworak said, curtly, that his law firm wouldn't represent my case. I asked if he could provide guidance on who might, or what type of lawyer would handle my case. Dworak said he wouldn't, then abruptly disconnected the phone - after 2 minutes. Startled, I left another message for Bennett, explaining my disappointment and asking him to call me. He eventually did, but not to assist me or to apologize for Dworak's rudeness.
